YT Meetup: Calling ALL DFW Members!
 
I have had the pleasure of going to 2 YT meetups in TX, both hosted by Kendra and it was really fun. If you have been to one her meetups or reside in the DFW area, I invite you to another mini one in March!

This time I am hosting a get together for Tessa's Birthday Party, it will be on the 4th or 5th week of the month on a weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (still working out the details).

Come join us for 1-2 hours of butt sniffing fun at our favorite dog park! There will be biscuits and cake for furry friends to enjoy :)

Aww I wish me and Honey could make it but my spring break is the 8th - 17th of March. We will still have to send her a gift.

It's in Collin County on March 23 @ 1 PM. I am trying to reserve a private clubhouse which is next to a park with walking trail. I will PM confirmed members the address as we get closer to that date.

you should let kendra know, she has the names of a lot of texas people. Usually I think she posts get togehters in the general area just so its seen by more people. Is it for sure that day? I will ask for it off :D

Yes I'm sure. Sweetie is trying to reserve the clubhouse for us and I am in the process of planning decor & the works. It's just another shameless way to dress up our dogs and eat cake! lol

I will def contact Kendra and try to post in the Gen. Discussion section to see how that goes. As another FYI, we will be joined with another small group of toy-sized poochies :)

Hi Tessa, thanks for putting this together. The 23rd is my most packed Sat of March, but since this is going to be in Collin County I should be able to still attend. Yeah!! Please let me know if I can bring anything. I've missed out on the other N TX meet ups, I'm so excited that I'll be able to make this one!!

Teresa, we would love love to have you and your family there - it will be fun. I'm catering the entire event so I hope to have everything covered. But if I do run short or need something, I will surly announce it as we get closer to that date, most likely 1-2 weeks prior. If anything, we just want you there!! :D :)

Today mommy & I went shoppin' fur some ideas this afternoon. I can't beweave it's 3 weeks away. EEK!! :eek: I'm so excited I is shakin' like a chihuahua. It gonna be da BEST yorkie birfthday pawty ebber!

A lady asked me if she could take her 80 lbs dog to the party. My first reaction was EEK :eek: NO! But I politely told her it was for toy breeds only and that I hope she understands.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the maltese group will join us, little Daisy will be there :love:

I could not get the clubhouse reserved for the 23rd, so it's being moved to Sunday the 24th, will this be a problem for anybody?

I can\'t help you with the FB issue, I\'m soooo FB challenged. :rolleyes: But the date has been tentatively moved to the 30th. Thuy will know later today or tomorrow. I\'m sure she\'ll come here and update too.
