My dh, although not working from home, found his job on craigslist, so I know that is a viable option. As a nurse, I immediately thought of medical transcription (as another poster said), but that doesn't sound like your hubbys cup of tea. I agree with a previous post, never, ever give $$ to get a job. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. All of those $ up front things are scams, without a doubt. Good luck. I know how hard it is to find stable employnent in this economy. My dh closed his restaurant he had for 10 years and ended up taking a part time position at a gourmet deli, and after almost 3 years, is darn near running the place. Hang in there! :cheer: |
Thank you everyone for your input. We are discussing our options, and you have all given great insight! |
Does anyone actually have any web addresses? |
They listed a couple in the first thread. Those did not work for me :( |
I work from home but I am in sales so that is common. Now I almost never make a sale call in person. I sell industrial filters to resellers on comission only. I love it, but I need to be available during work hours, I don\'t prospect like I used to but respond to my current customers needs via phone and email and have to do it quickly |
I\'ve been working at home for years. I have a job right now with a legit company with benefits and everything. It\'s out there you just have to look. I know of a few legit companies. What kind of experience do you have? |
