This thread is reserve for discussions regarding our 7th annual Christmas Card Exchange. Please be mindful and refrain from any questions and comments to the sign up list. I will be using it to create the master list, therefore the order in which you sign up is who you will be sending to and receiving from.

Thanks so much for doing this, Thuy! It's great that this tradition has been around for seven years!!! We just ordered Luma's dress and bow I'm excited and have already thought of what I'd like to do with my card!

I can't wait to see everyone's creations, and gorgeous photos! This is our first holiday with the pup. Oh, and to everyone who is signing up: if you'd like...Feel free to send a card to Luma and I even if we're not one of the five under you, lol! I want to put all the cards up on my wall! Tis the season!!!

We'll certainly send more than our 5 but won't say who. It'll have to remain a surprise

this will be my first time, I am getting the feeling that people make custom cards with their dogs photo on it, hmmmm this will be a first for me, but I will try. And yes feel free to send me extra cards as well, I am nuts for Christmas, in fact LOL, feel free to steal one of Lola's photos and use her in your card

See the sign up thread... you don't have to create anything, just sending a regular card is fine. It doesn't have to be a picture card or anything special. No stress!

I think this is one reason the CCE has been so successful, I love it never any pressure here and i am so looking forward to it again...thank you Thuy i know that you will do a great job this year, as the others have done in the past...I appreciate you all

I love the Card Exchange. If a picture is included, I love seeing everyones "kids", whether they are dressed up or just being themselves. Either way, with or without pictures, it's so much fun to receive cards from all over.

Here are a couple of pictures I've used in the past. The kids are never thrilled when Christmas Card picture time arrives, but they always do their best to give me a good shot or two.

I love card exchanges. I am a crafter (stamping and scrapbooker) so this is right up my alley.

I am just worried about getting a decent photo of Rigby. He is such a silly puppy and he never holds still unless he is sleeping...LOL.

That's one of my favorite's, too. Yogi, my youngest, is in the middle with his "little" bum hanging out his trap door. Typical for the baby of the family to have to wear hand me downs that are either too big or too small. Yogi's long johns were nearly a size too small. Poor little man.

Thanks for the sweet comments. I start looking for ideas early so that I have time to get whatever I need for them. I've got a couple of ideas for this years picture, but it's really going to test their willingness to 'please da Momma' to pull it off. Fingers crossed.

Don't feel pressured to get creative! We always take pictures and then get the pre-made designs online at Wal-Mart. They have lots of cute ways to display your pictures and they aren't hard to make.
