I am probably going to DC my landline soon and actually get a better cell phone just to be done with dealing with AT&T! But I don't need or even want all the gadgets or Internet access when out so I'll just get a regular old good cell instead of a smart phone. Besides, I'm not smart enough for a smart phone!!! haha

You are already used to a touch screen so your not going to have any problems. On the newer Iphones you tell seri (the voice on the Iphones what to do or who to call I have an older Iphone so I dont have that yet so thats going to take some getting used to

WOW!!! I just upgraded from Blackberry to iphone5....what a difference! Its sooooo nice to have a phone that does what i want it to do! I can now make a phone call, without the phone going dead for no apparent reason. When bb went down, i lost EVERYTHING in my phone...not a good thing! :eek: Yet I still hung on to that stupid phone for another two years..:rolleyes: So glad i switched! Now looking at getting a mac book....

The other night i said " Siri Sugar has to poop"

Now I do not feel so bad about my archaic phone:

Andrew does not have a smartphone and still uses a $10 AT&T flip phone he has had since college.

Well, I have been patiently waiting as our phones were on backorder, They came yesterday :cheer:
I live in a very rural area and we have a small PO. Tracking showed they came in yesterday morning for delivery, so anxious annie called Kathy at the PO and had her hold the package, so I could swing by before work and pick it up :D Took my laptop and wifi to work with me so I could sync and activate and get started...
OMG I LOVE IT!! So easy to use and I was worried for nothing!!!

LOL- Funny thread because I don't like change. My work pays for my phone, so I am at their mercy. I had a blackberry and when it took a crap I got the iphone 4. I just got upgraded to the 5. My biggest issue in the beginning of my iphone was my finger nails - they were longish and got in the way. My texting and emailing was horrible in the beginning and since I use my phone for work I turned the auto correct off. Nails are now short and I love my iphone 5.
