I posted a thread about mine but it was removed I was told by a member here because it is suppose to be in this section and I had no idea because I am still fairly new so if someone would like to cast a vote for us, that would be great. This is the first time I entered Niyah in a contest and did it only for fun.

I realize this is a double post.. the other one was closed just as I was putting my input in.. so here it is: I am using names because they are already out there.

Let me try to break this down.
If I am reading Debra's original post right, it nowhere states anything about not telling other people to join, vote or whatnot. Debra was simply putting a FYI out there for all those posting in the general discussion about votes wanted. She was saying that it would be best to follow the guidelines that were placed for all of us. In no way shape or form is it or was it her place to pm each individual that had requested votes because she did that through her post saying the 'above'. If Indiah wanted each individual pmed then it probably would have been best if she did it herself...otherwise they could just read Debra's post or do nothing at all. Not that big of a deal in my opinion.

I don't think it makes sense to rehash this in different posts. It was obviously a miscommunication or understanding... right?

I did not realize you were spreading this fabrication on more than one thread. Since you made new lies on the other thread and then managed to get the thread closed, I will answer you here.

I cut and pasted the series of PMs that REALLY happened in your other thread entitled, "I Can't Believe This" which is a very good title for a post I CANNOT BELIEVE you started. No one harrassed you, no one said anything rude, except to ask you TWICE to stop pm'ing me.

Let's look at specific FALSEHOODS you just wrote (blue are quotes from your posts from the other therad):

"i did not ask you for any advice you wer up at 5 am" Yes I think we were both up at 5 am but you DID PM me first with a question at 4:44 am you wrote: i dont know how to erase this do you I replied and told you that you would have to go through Admin.


"you wrote me rudely stating this is not for you to be psting this contest " That is not true at ALL -- I did no such thing! Why would anyone care that you posted that? Nowhere did I post that this was not for you to post the contest and you know it -- do not forget that I have all of the PM's and admin can easily verify! I simply posted on your thread and it was NOT to you because you had already posted and it was clearly only to those who were thinking about posting. Nothing bothered me at all, I thought that was a helpful post that others would see where to post before their posts got moved. I have voted for YT pups whose owners asked for votes. I have not entered the contest. So I have no ulterior motives here.

you asked me to inform everyone so i said you informed them since you were so concerned " -- NOT TRUE again. I posted the copy and paste from the exact PM's -- everyone can read them and see that you asked me to inform everyone and then I only said ""Why do you think I should I do all that posting? Since you started it, maybe you would like to post to everyone..." notice I only suggest maybe you would like to after you have been telling me to do it. Then you wrote, "so im just saying you shoudl start athread and inform everyone where they should post i just said you should tell them whats wrong... and "just start a new post and tell them so they will know " At least you were persistent!

I find this whole situtation confusing and surreal. Why you would even start this is beyond me. Did you not think I would see this? Did you think I would just let you lie when I have copies of all the PM's right here in my mailbox? Why on earth would you even start this mess? I do not understand this sort of behavior.

You need to understand the facts:
1. I wrote a POST on an open forum that was in no way addressed to you. It was so that people who had not yet asked for votes would know where they go. Others wrote the same link and posted in some of the individual threads. I thought one post not addressed to anyone in particular, in a thread urging others to enter would get to those who had not yet asked.
2. You initiated the PMs to me.
3. You repeatedly told me to contact those that had already posted in the general forum, which I thought would not be right on my part and would serve no purpose. They could not move their own thread anyway, as I told you. I did not tell you to contact anyone. I suggested "maybe you would want to" only after you had told me to do it.
4. I had to ask you to stop PM'ing me twice.
5. At which time you ran to the forum with a twisted tale claiming harrassment and touting how wonderful you were to "share peace and yorkie love." Come on! You can claim to do that all day long but when you can't tell the truth, it does not make it true.

That is the story in a NUTshell -- pun intended!

This is just pure evil of you! To say that I would have voted thumbs down for anyone on YT! I did no such thing! And to reiterate -- I did NOT initiate the PMs at 5 in the morning -- you did! I was never upset at you announcng the contest -- that is ridiculous! I merely made a post saying if anyone else wanted to ask for votes this thread is the place to do it! .... oh for crying out loud I am tired of repeating it.
