I HATE bugs! Or any slimy creepy thing like that. I can tell you Miami has its fair share too ugh! Flying roaches big enought to take remy away

Well...we call them names like palmetto bug, or water bug ... But they are giant hissing flying roaches

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my goodness!!! I think I'd rather have a Lizzie than a scorpion! I'm sure glad you got it in the cannister and outside! You are VERY brave. I don't like any creepies in my house no matter how much they are God's creatures! They've got their whole outdoors to enjoy so they can just go to the Devil as far as I'm concerned when they turn from their outdoors and want in my house! I know this - you will sure be jumpy for the next couple of months once your home has been "breached" by something creepy crawly! Ewwwwww - just thinking of it gives me the creeps!

It was on the top of my wall!

Almost to the ceiling! The only thing I could think of was the vacuum. I hope he is in scorpion heaven.

I know I've read somewhere that when scorpions climb UP walls, it's because they're looking for their nesting place and their young.....

This is so funny
1st - I am sure it did not survive the "ortho" bath. So it is probably stuck somewhere in the vac.

2nd -this is so funny because Rhonda, you are now a SCIENCE teacher!

It is going to be so much fun watching and listening to the science room across the hall this year

Plant lavender.[4] You can plant it around the perimeter of the home, buy dried plants, or get lavender essentials oils to use when cleaning and refreshing your home. The fresh plants seem to have a better effect than oils or dried plants though. It's quite easy to grow and maintain, and smells wonderful.
Citrus is also considered to be another deterrent.[5] You could grow citrus in pots near your entrance areas and use citrus oil cleaners in bathroom and other wet zones of the house. A field of lavender...no scorpions here.

Where do I get Lavender!!!!
