This is what happens when I get bored... 1 Attachment(s) My niece posted this recipe on FB yesterday so I got the stuff and made them and believe me...they should be illegal! lol! Chocolate chip cookie/reeces peanut butter cup/brownie treats :) The bottom is the chocolate chip cookie dough/Reece's Peanut Butter Cup center/chocolate fudge brownie top :) (the cookies were just because I had extra dough) |

The recipe was really simple girls... You need a pan that has individual squares for baking...I bought a Wilton pan that has 12 small squares. Not sure but maybe a regular cupcake pan would work too? press cookie dough into the bottom of each square, I used pre-made dough, if you use the kind cut in squares just put one square in each well and press it in place. put 1 peanut butter cup, top down, on top of the dough spoon brownie mix over the top to fill the square about 2/3 of the way bake at 350 for 18 minutes Enjoy! I'm thinking these would be really good warm with some vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup over the top :luvu: |
I can't wait to make these for my grandchildren. And me!! |
Yummy! I'm going to have to make some of those :) |
Omg...well there goes the diet that I WAS going to start? |
Those sound so good that they must be sinful to eat.:D |

Ha! You girls are funny! I've been dieting too and I've lost 13 pounds so far but I won't deprive myself...in order to go on a successful diet you have to endulge once in a while or you'll drive yourself nuts! Oooh...nuts...those might be good on the top too! O.k...back on track here :) Yes, they are sinful to eat but worth it ;) Life is short ladies, enjoy it while you can and yes, that means endulge yourself with a brownie treat every once in a while :) |

The person who first thought of combining Chocolate and Peanut Butter should considered for sainthood. I will have to try this recipe |
I have the mini muffin pan, I wonder if that will work? Are you using the small Recess peanut butter cups? I don’t know, they may take 1/2 the muffin tin, so maybe I’ll use a larger size. My sons' birthdays are coming up, I'm going to use this recipe and the ice cream with, it is a wonderful idea! Thanks so much! |
