They really are good...the brownie mix kind of blends in with the cookie dough on the bottom but, surprisingly, the peanut butter cup held it's shape pretty well through the baking process.
The Wilton pan I bought has 12 square wells in it and they are about the right size for a single serving...I don't know how it would work with a different kind of pan. You might have to make a few test recipes before the 'official' one for his BD party ;)
Oh, when I do mine with ice cream I'm also going to drizzle some fudge topping and caramel topping over the ice cream. I got into 'drizzling' when I helped my daughter in law at her coffee shop...everything is better when drizzled! |
