I've got one more blast from the past--does anyone remember or have the "Liddle Kiddle" dolls? I had a whole bunch of them. |
No. I had a Besty Wetsy doll. Santa gave her to me. :) |

I had a Betsy Wetsy, too. I loved that doll. She came with a whole little layette that I kept in the big box that opened up. She had curly hair. |
The doll I whined for was Thumbelina doll that had a pull string. If you pulled it she would slowly move around. I wish I had kept them....For some reason I've never forgotten a cartoon we always watched called Little LuLu. I even remember the song from the show..... |
One year for Christmas I got the Thumbelina doll and my little sister got Betsy Wetsy..I don't know what happened to them:( I also still have my Mrs. Beasley doll which was my absolute favorite. Her voice box doesn't work but I still have her glasses too:) |

It was crazy!! I remember the raffle on Black Friday and I was Manager of the Jewelry Dept where the tickets were given out. I am not exaggerating, I bet there were 3000 people in the store that day and that is saying a lot for our tiny little town. It was sheer madness!!:eek::eek::eek: LOL my then 2 year old boy got one for Christmas...her name was Karna Tessa :p but she was more for me than for him, because I have always loved dolls:) |
OMG, Help... I'm having uncontrollable Flash Backs !! :D So many memories of my childhood some good some bad, its crazy. Like the (party line) thing. We didn't have a party line but we could keep the line open for hour upon hours if we wanted to. Plus my mother worked for the telephone co. and was able to pop in on our conversations and spy on us any time she felt like it. Very frustrating! Quote:
We are big collectors!! Comics, anything taken from the comic DC erea. like super heros. Nascar, beenie babies ect. Quote:
