When we go to a Motel I alway's askfor clean sheet's and change them my self. We take our own comforter along. You can tell when you pull the blanket's back if the sheet's have been changed or not. If they were changed your sheet's should have crease's in them. Where they were folded. That's the first thing we do is check the bed. Just thought i would mention this. | Oh my goodness, I always worry about this kind of thing - now you've confirmed it....
Whenever we get to a hotel room, I always 'undo' the bed and have a look at the mattress and pillows (I don't know why, I think it's the thought of lumps or strange marks ) and often ask for a fresh set of bedding, just for my own peace of mind, then change it myself....
At home, it's usually one of my children that come to stay, and I've 'trained' them to strip the bed when they leave ;) (well, I wash, iron and re-make it - so why not?).
Our bed, I change weekly - but we have a quilty thing on top that's Harry's, and I wash that every few days. Sally + Harry x |
