Thanks for this thread Brit, as I said before I've never gone in for diet gimmicks and thought most were so unhealthy. I really believed that consuming fewer calories than you need was the answer, and I still believe that's the secret along with exercise, aerobic and weight training, but when you’re doing all that and still gaining, you feel like you need to try something else. The good news is this doesn’t sound like it will make you feel nervous, it has no dangerous side effects and there are studies, from independent sources, that show it works. So this is different than any other diet pill that I ever read about. Best of luck to you and thanks again for letting me know about this.

I found some at Walmart. 90 capsules for $9.98... I will keep u all posted on my thoughts in a week or so....

Let's keep each other posted with how it goes!

I also never liked what I saw when it comes to lots of diet supplments, etc. Makes me too nervous. But I feel comfortable with this one.

And Walmart that's a great price!! Are these the pure extract?

My tanning lotion has coffee extract in it, and it's supposed to help tone and firm.

I've learned over the last 2 months that portions are key. A 10 oz steak is 3x the amount of meat in a serving. And everything has sodium in it-processed foods, canned foods, etc. I cut back my calories and my sodium and do 3 cardio classes a week and I've lost almost 25 pounds since March 8th.

Wow that is awesome! Great job! I lost 2 lbs so far in a week and a half with no extra exercise, just controlling portions, planning meal time a nd no more fast food.

I do get minimal physical activity at work, working on bikes, everytime I pump up tires or lift one off the rack I hold in my abs (or what are supposed to be abs LOL) and I do feel some soreness there now. My core is very weak,, sad to say. And I do try to take my bike for errands when I can.

Groupon deal of the day is Green coffee beans. $29 for a 90 day supply. I ordered some and my husband did too. We'll keep you posted. :)

I bought some on the Groupon deal too - awesome deal, btw!

Brit - if I recall, they're pure...but def double check that in case my brain farted.

You got some too Ann? I thought you said you were underweight?

Me too.

I'm down 31 pounds just from cutting out fast food, and sodium, and watching my calories but I still have 35 pounds to go to consider myself "ideal" and would love a little help.

I ordered these right after the Dr. Oz show...still waiting for my shipment to get here. I have lost 17lbs in the last 3 months...I started out doing carb cycling and then just cut out all fast food and soft drinks. I am hoping the green coffee bean extract can help me get about 20-25 more lbs off.
