I am so sorry you are being put through a difficult time. A spiritual man once told me "God will not give you anything you cannot handle. He is preparing you for other things in life." Be strong and don't give up hope...

I'm sorry you feel this way.

I do too. If it weren't for my furgirls and my beautiful daughter, I would have nothing, really. So I try to remain thankful for them and the happiness they give me

Same here. These yorkies are magical creatures aren't they? They help make us laugh when we're sad, they help make us feel loved when we're feeling alone, and they're just overall awesome when people really suck and make us frustrated. I love my furbaby so much!!!!

I so hear you about this. Just this morning, I was thinking about the fact that my yorkies are really the heart of my soul. That may sound really odd to some people, but *shrugs*, it's just the truth for me.

I think most of us here have felt this way a time or more. I'm so sorry you are going through a difficult time.

Our family, our friends, and our animals are what counts; all the rest is just confetti on the highway of life.

I totally understand. I have the black cloud over my head right now. BUT it is going to get better!

My girls are the light of my life. I can't even begin to think what I would do without my Yorkie kisses each day. They are a blessing. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be the crazy Yorkie woman that I am!

My boys are my lifesavers! I totally hear you! When things were the roughest in my life, I got my boys. Through their warm soft cuddles and kisses, I got through those very dark years. They gave me a reason to smile everyday, a reason to get out of bed, a reason to stop the madness in my life and in my head. As Wylie's mom said, they are the heart of my soul as well, my little lifesavers.
hang in there girl, the bad always comes before the good. Try to find small beacons of hope in anything you can and know that your day, your time will come. You WILL be happy again. I was down & out for a VERY long time, like 5 years. My fiance & I split (7 years ago almost now), I had to sell my house, my 5 month old yorkie pup died in the middle of it all very tragically. My life was upside down and I couldn't even function. Now.... 6.5 years later, I got a WAY better job, am proud of how far Ive come and married a man that is WAY more in tune with me, way better than my ex and way better for me!
I think sometimes something happens to knock us to our knees, so we are built back up better, stronger, wiser than we ever were before. (((HUGS)))

i know exactly how you feel. I really don't know if/how i would have made it through the past year without my pups. Peppermint is my heart and Dexter is my soul. they both came into my life at the perfect times and every morning when i am smothered in puppy kisses, it reminds me to be thakful for what i do have and not dwell on what i have lost.

i hope things get better for you!

I hear ya Ann- I think Yorkies are very special. I have never had any dog, I am glad a Yorkie was my first. I don't think I could ever have a different breed! People def dont understand the bond we get with our Yorkies!
