Is there a black cloud over my head?
 
Do you ever just feel like there is a black cloud over your head? :( My computer breaks, then my cell phone, Alex has to have knee surgery, I get a stinkin' flat tire on my car (and the new tire cost $250!!!!), we owe the IRS more this year then ever, state testing is in one week and I have missed more work then ever, Rosie gets sick, and now Alex might have an infection in his knee! Dear Lord, I need a break. :(:( Pity party over. :(

I feel you! Sounds like you have had a pretty bad run lately and an endless spate of just bad and then more news can wear you down after a while. Hope your Alex and Rosie are going to be okay soon. Maybe things will turn around for you guys before long. I will sure add you guys to the prayer list.

I think we all have our black cloud times..... Sometimes when all you have is lemons you just gotta make lemonade! Lol After all storms when sun comes back out you will find a rainbow! Just do not get discouraged this will pass I promise. Spoken like a mom I know:D;) Hugs to you it will get better.

I hear ya! Sometimes we just have to feel sorry for ourselves and get it all out though. lol! I had double knee surgery, infection in the right leg. THen, dh 2wks ago had a double hernia operation. Lost a check and had to have everything changed out at the bank etc. Dudley had to have surgery, vet found a small ulcer. Now I have pnuemonia. Like I said in one of my threads, when it rains it pours.

I defiantly know that dark cloud feeling. Somehow everything always works out in the end. I hope you feel better soon. Positive thoughts your way.

Oh my, you are in the thick of it. Unfortunately, I have noticed sometimes it not only, rains, pours, but throws golf-ball hail at you too! :( We will keep you and Alex in our prayers.

Thanks everyone. Sounds like some of you know exactly how I feel. :( It is one of those mornings when I just want to sit down and cry. :( It is going to get better!

I know how you feel Rhonda:( It seems like with my life, when one thing goes wrong I can always count one 3 or 4 more things to go wrong too. I have you and Alex in my thoughts and prayers. It will get better.

And the drama continues!! DH just comes in to tell me there is a piece of metal in my rear tire!!! I am sure I picked it up the same day I got a piece of metal that ripped open the other tire! Lordy!!! This is not my year!!!

Stay strong girl!!! From one person that is also struggling hope it is a little relief to know you aren't alone!! I, too have had the roughest month of my life. Oh and reading your post I just remembered we still need to get our taxes figured and will owe more that ever this year too. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Hope Rosie feels better quickly!! Take care or Alex hopefully the infection goes away soon. BTW - if you are sending our the Pity Party invitations I would love one. It is always good to know your not alone. :rolleyes:

Thank you so much. I appreciate it!! Maybe we need to have a YT Pity Party!! :p I will be honest. I wasn't very strong the last two days. :( The sadness just took over. But my aunt always says, after the storm there is always a blessing. :) That is what keeps me going.

That is a great idea! I think we need to throw you one. I was going to suggest what I turn to (other than prayer) when everything is going wrong - cake, the more decadent the better!; but I think your prayer party is a much better idea.

ugh! yeah, Ive had a black cloud over me for about 7 years I swear! I get a run of a good month and then more crap! :( I think thats life though, I'm beginning to realize that life is just all ups & downs. I guess we just deal with what we're dealt as it comes up. Sorry I'm a debbie downer today. I got bombarded this morning before I even left for work at 8am and I feel overwhelmed today. Nothing majorly bad, just annoying!

Well at least maybe a little light at the end of the tunnel. The tire was repairable so instead of costing $250 for a new one I only had to pay $13 for a patch. And I have to say for that I am thankful!!

Rosie is better so that is a good thing! :)

Taking son to see doctor today to check out his knee. Praying for good news there too!!

Thanks everyone. It is a nice feeling knowing I am not alone. But hate that anyone else is having the black cloud too. :(

Ok, well my overwhelming joy has ended. Alex's knee does have an infection and fluid build up as well. We are back to see the surgeon tomorrow. Black cloud go away!!!!
