Anyone a faithful watcher like I am?
Cable is out and tonight is the season finale! I'm going nuts! Can anyone help by telling me what happens???? Please????

Hehe! Just started watching the marathon... anyone think this show is just a bit gross? If I can get through it without changing the channel, I'll take notes on the finale....

Oh you poor thing, I'd be going nuts, I love that show, and this week looks like a killer! Hope your cable gets fixed soon, it will be "On demand" tomorow. Are you sure your cable's out, sometimes they can fix it over the phone.

Episodes entitled "Beside The Dying Fire" comes on again tomorrow, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday on Direct TV. That is the title of the episodes that come on AMCHD tonight at 8:00 p.m. CST., in the wee hours of the morning also. The episode on at 7:00 p.m. CST tonight, "Better Angels", has no future listings on Direct TV at this time. I've never heard of the series but looked it up on my TV listings. There is also a discussion episode of "Dying Fire" coming on after that episode tonight and following each of the future-listed episodes.

Have you unplugged your cable box from the wall, waited a bit and replugged to let it reset? Checked to be sure all the plugs are pulled and then replugged to ensure proper connection? Called to see if Customer Service can zap your box to resend the signal? Also, depending on how sensitive your TV is, you may have to reset it as well after you reset the cable box.

Did you watch season one?

I feel like, with this show, it's kinda important to watch it. You def. miss a lot!

Great advice, that's worked for us several times!

Me too! Yes, tonight was amazing, I've been waiting all season for them to fortify the house, they finally boarded up some windows last episode, and I can't believe they didn't have any type of plan. :eek: Of course, I yell at them all through the show, "Why didn't they check for gas, when they were around all the stalled cars?" :rolleyes: Poor Rick, I feel so bad for him, he really needed his wife support, after all Shane was his best friend and he really didn’t have any choice. Anyway, next season looks great, lol, I just want them to be safe.

I was watching Talking Dead and Andrea said that the whole cast loves Michael Jackson and they often put on his music Thriller and start dancing in unison to it! Would love to see that. :p

We do not have a cable box..... cable is stretched under house and we tried to find out why it stopped working but cannot........maybe wire is fried or broken or whatever....

Yes, spoilers please!!! I'm desperate and having spasms! Just kidding......but would love to hear spoliers...

But to just get you excited... Thing with sword that had armless zombie PETS on chains!!!!!

And FINALY!! When the sun comes up they will see how close they are to the prison!!

I have been waiting all season for that prison to show up.. I have the books up to #93 I think on one of my hard drives.. Printed out 1-10. I need to get more paper and get the rest..

Oh and I yell at the tv also.... Zombies are attracted to noise.. So let's ride a Harley ... Pick an old early 60's ford pickup... And all this time they didn't build a moat around the farm house??? Did none of them read zombie books in the past? Lol

Yes, what man needs to macho up his image in a zombie apocalypse, I mean how safe would you feel on that? I was going nuts when Glen and Maggie, after being chased by zombies, stopped their car on the road that had trees all around it, and of course, didn't once look around for any zombies. They had to have a long chat and I have no idea what they were saying.


Moat a great idea, but these zombies don’t need to breath, is it a fire moat or just a trap to shoot? I wanted them to set up noise detraction, like a car beeping or something. I was sad to hear that they all have the infection, I was hoping the zombies would just rot away, but now everyone who dies will turn into a zombie and can kill others, I'm thinking about Lori being pregnant and a still born birth and well my imagination is horrible.

LOVE This Show!! Last night was Crazy! I watched it with a bunch of friends and we kept finding ourselves holding our breath and getting very anxious!! :) Can't wait for next season!!

The moat would be a ditch that could be easily filled with fuel. Diesel would be the fuel of choice .. Being most farms have large tanks close.. When it hits the fan they could flood the ditch and light them up.

That's a good plan, much better than luring them into the barn and throwing a lighter on some gasoline. :p

Hope you've seen it by now. I love that show and the finale was fantastic.

Unfortunately ~ Lori lived.:D

I would love to see her head on the end of a pitchfork! First she drove Shane crazy; then she put the bug in Rick's ear to kill Shane . . now she's teed off at Rick for killing Shane.

Andrea is going to be so PI$$ED that she got left behind!

Ha ha, I like your take, and I couldn't stand the way she was holding her son when Rick was talking about killing his best friend, like "aint dad awful!" He stood by her all the way, never once questioned her and accepted the new baby as his, and she can't offer him a little support now when he so desperately needs it. I do love Andrea's character and it looks like she has a new bad ass best friend!

OH and I loved the way Rick stepped up and told the whiners to shut up or get out. He's done with everyone second guessing every decision he makes!

When I say whiners I'm mainly thinking of Carol and Whori (oops I meant Lori).

I watched the 'Talking Dead' afterwards and they were calling it the 'Ricktatorship".

I AM gonna miss Shane though; he brought all the interesting drama.

I'll miss Shane too, he added a lot to the show, I was hoping he and Andrea would form a relationship, she still doesn't know he's dead.

That's true; I hadn't thought of that. She has no idea that he is dead.

I was hoping they would get together too. Oh well, there's still Darryl.

Remember Merle? They hinted heavily on the Talking Dead that we will be seeing him again.
