Hey if you need another roomie let me know. I am on board with all features of that house.

Just think it is large enough we would never even know we lived together. The only way we would know if someone messed with the tempature in the climate control garage (I will put it out there right now I like my garage to be kept at 68 degrees year round).

I am a good cook and I can do a budget so I can be the Yorkie Sorority Treasurer.

But for that I would like a guarantee parking spot inside and I want to reserve the basketball court for Yorkie Mom Zumba classes.

I think most Yorkies here could easily do a 100 yard dash, so I think something the size of a football field would be required.
