the girls got their tattoos!!

They are super excited. The tattoos came out great. I know my dad is proud and honored looking down at his granddaughters knowing they will never forget him. They were his girls..his babies... he is missed sooo much. This July will be 5 years since he passed away.

We were there for 4 hours!! Carlos was so nice and patient.

What do you think???

Very cool. Looks like they used 2 different artists?
They look great! I see white on one, make sure that they keep lots of Sunblock on the white! It will turn brown but since it's just a little bit it won't be that bad.
I have a cartoon character that I had the teeth colored white...they are now yellowish brown, lol.

Thanks the one where you can see the white is on my younger daughters wrist and she is tan so you can really see it. The other one is on my older daughters hip and she is really white normally so it doesn't show up as well.
They both were done by the same artist. Also my older daughters is a little bigger too.

Ahh, gotcha! that's great! Yeah I'm a tanner too (part hispanic) I'm so mad the white turned yellow! Would have been nice if my artist gave me a heads up when I told him to color them white.

Anyway, those tats are a beautiful reminder. I believe that's the best way to remind us everyday that someone was in our life.

I love them!! They came out good!! I love in memory tattoos, I have a couple for my Dad, this is the one on my wrist. The MR is for Mike Roppo, my Dad's name. I also have a Rosary on my foot and the Virgin Mary on my other foot!!

What are they using on the tattoo? I've always used this for mine and it is wonderful!! Just use it a couple days, and you put a small amount on the tattoo a couple times a day.

I'm so pissed right now!!! Last night we went over my friends house to show her mine and my daughters tattoo. Well her mother lives downstairs from her so as we were leaving my daughter showed her her tattoo and told her that she got it for grandpa. This old a$$ tells my daughter, "well grandpa doesn't know you ruined yourself to honor him" !!! WTF???? Is this what you say??? I calmly told my daughter that she is going to get this kind of reaction from some people because they just don't like tattoos or whatever their problem is with them. I told her it is their problem and to not make it her problem. Her tattoo is beautiful and grandpa would be proud.

Some people just can't say, "oh nice" and walk away!!!

I have a friend who told me not to get my Kaji paw print tattoo because he's just a stupid dog. Couldn't she just smile and not say anything instead?

Check out mine...I hear it ALL the time....more so from old people. I wouldn't even worry your head over it, get mad or anything. It will happen ALL the time. (And this is just one of the tats I have)

Let them know not everyone likes what they see....just as long as THEY like it. They need no approval from anyone.

They look great!I seen yours too,in the other thread,they all look fantastic!btw,I agree with beecee ,for some reason some people are just really ignorant and close minded when it comes to tattoos.It's your body you know why you did it,be proud!I get it all the time too! I have 8 tats.Some people are just morons! I'm glad you took my recommendation, I knew you would love Modern Age!!!
