I can't get the Coach outlet site to work... how do you register?

I keep getting this error:
The email address that you supplied cannot be confirmed. Please check your email and verify that it is correctly entered. [Error #8]

I registered with the outlet. My friend wanted to register too, but we couldn't find a link. She ended up going to the outlet as well.

I'm not a Coach fan, but I like show me a well-made Italian leather handbag with beautiful stitching and chunky hardware, and I'm all over it :D

My last two purchases have been IO Pelle. I bought a purple one with sweet silver chain detail. I really liked the quality of it, so I bought a different style in black that I can use more often.

I'm wondering how/where you all store your handbags? I confess once they're on the shelf in their dust bag, I forget what I have. I had a closet system in the walk-in at my last house, but my new wee house doesn't exactly have roomy closets. This house was built in the 50's when I think people only had about 4 outfits each...lol

I have purses everywhere haha. I store some on the top shelf in my closet, i have my 2 newest purses on a little chair that's in the corner of my bedroom. The purse I use everyday, I set it on my kitchen table when I get home. My expensive purses I got for Christmas almost 10 years ago like my burberry and prada are somewhere at my mom's house. I think they're still in the top drawer of my old dresser. I don't use my burberry purse anymore though cause the strap broke :( Then the two fake chanel and coach purse that was bought on canal street are sitting on a countertop down in my mom's basement. I also think my real juicy couture purse is down there as well. I am the worst at keeping track of all my purses cause I know there's a few more floating around somewhere haha

When I went to Italy this past April (was in Italy and France) I wanted to buy a nice high end Italian purse that was "hot" in Italy. Not only did I get so many different names of bags, I couldn't find any anywhere. :(

We just bought a new house and have used IKEA PAX systems for the master walk in closet. I bought a bunch of "cubbies" that went inside it. So, each purse has its own cubby and they're the first thing I see walking into the closet. When I get home from work I change my clothes and empty my purse and wallet into a basket (which also has its own cubby). Then I'm ready to grab whatever handbag I want for the next day.

When we first moved in the closet was bare, and I was really frustrated and upset my purses were kept in a box for about 2 months. I finally said I might as well sell them all since I can't see them - and therefore didn't use them. Lo and behold we had the closet system ordered the next day :D

I'm a Coach fanatic as well...have 6 or 7 bags, a wallet, wristlet, cross-body bag, sunglasses, makeup bag...

I don't know why, but I just love their stuff. I am dying for a leather bag, but I really can't justify spending $400 (or more) right now with my wedding less than 3 months away. I am so tempted every time I get one of those 25% off emails though. ;)

I usually buy a new bag every summer, but I use it throughout the year. I try to aim for a versatile style and color so that I don't have to worry about changing it with the seasons or with what I am wearing. I had a lovely mauve one that I used last year and I got tons of compliments on it. It was my favorite one. Unfortunately, after a year's use, it was dirty and there is just no good way to clean it. :( Unless, some of you know a good way to clean it!

If you stop by a COACH store with your handbag, they will give you tips on cleaning it. :)

Wow I am just seeing this thread.

I am a Coach fan also, I have 8 Coach handbags, Coach wallet, Coach IPad cover and Sophie Kate has a Coach collar and leash (they are her special going visiting variety).

I am also a fan of Dooney and Bourke, have a lot their bags also.

I get a lot of this stuff as gifts since I am kind of hard to buy for.

Somone asked how we store our bags, I store mine in a shelf unit I found at Ikea. I have them in my home office so I can look at them all day while I am working. I got the idea from Kelly on the Real Housewives of New York.

I have about 10 coach, 2 juicy, a TON of Jessica Simpson, Vera Bradleys, ugh the list goes on.......it's insane actually. I should post a pic.

I store mine on the top shelf all around my closet. I also have some in bins under my bed & some in the office (lol!) Oh and about 6 hanging on my coat rack.

Same thing is happening to me even using the new sale link. I think you have to get an invite to complete registration. The first registration just gets your name thrown in the drawing to see if you can buy. Evidently only those randomly selected get to purchase from each sale. I really need to make a point of going more often to the Outlet Store itself. I am in the middle of two about an hour in each direction from me. I have bought there before and have gotten some good deals from both the Coach & Dooney & Bourke outlets. I don't worry too much that they are last year's bags -- everyone doesn't stop carrying their bags every year do they? Surely they are supposed to last more than one season. If not, I will still be the passe old lady with last year's bags and a big grin on her face cause she still has some money in that last year's bag! :D
