I always secretly wanted to get into one of the little village sets. They are just Christmas to me. I would LOVE to see a series of pictures of that village! I do love hardware stores at Christmas time. Sometime their buyers are indulging their own fantasies when they buy for the stores and really surprise you.

Busy, Busy, Busy working away at trying to finish up my crafts for a boutique on Dec 8th :presents2: at school and trying to finish up my orders for my knitted scarfs :holiday2::holiday2:

Umm yea it looked pink and he gave the stink eye because they offered a treat he did not like lol lets just say not my favorite family picture haha

I want to start the Disney one but each piece is soo expensive.

Okie dokie :) I moved where I set it up this year, so its hard to get a good picture. I used to use up my entire dinning room table, but moved it to my bar downstairs this year for more room. Now I'm just going to have to buy more houses darnit :D

They are so expensive! For mine, I tend to wait for the 50% off sale they have or when they go on clearance after/near Christmas. I've not seen the Disney sets on sale.

I was addicted to Dept 56 villages for many years, i am so overloaded with them that i have not had one up in ten years, but they are so beautiful

Well, I put my tree up & decorated it last night.

Today, I slid it to the only spot it can go in my living room....and it looks kind of strange & I'm not sure how to fix it.

I don't like the look of the empty space above my corner china cabinet. I either need to raise my tree somehow and/or put something above the china cabinet. I thought about some greenery, but thought it might look wierd to see the tree end and then see greenery above it. Any ideas?
