| ![]() The only thing I could think while looking through his web site was that the ears on those poor dogs look like they have just been chopped off. Was he just cutting them off with scissors or something? The do not look well done at all. Poor big babies! I would say that I hope this will now stop him doing this again but was appalled when I read the fines will only be $50 per charge. I seriously believe these measly little fines are the reason people like him don't bother listening to the law. ![]()
