This will be similar to the facebook news feed or twittering.

Here's my example of a status update:

went to Calistoga today to clean my moms house. About half way home I thought dang I must have seen at least 20 limo's, Im gonna have to tell Barney, then I though Im exagerating. So I started counting from St. Helena to Napa......24 limo's. Lots of rich people touring our valley today!

Well we just got home from a BIG church picnic. The park has a big pond with ducks, so the younger kids that were there had a great time feeding them.
It was a beautiful day. Was happy it didn't rain. Thursday it was a downpour.
I'm thinking of taking the girls and laying down for a nap. That fresh air makes me sleepy.:p

I have spent this afternoon relaxing and listening to the rain after a difficult morning of going through my brother's house and getting his estate ready for an auction. It's been so long since we've had rain! It smells and sounds so wonderful. Jut got through giving my girls a bath and they have been entertaining us the way dogs do after a bath. :)

Maybe for homecoming dance? That's why I saw alot today in my town.

Just picked up pizza, movies & a bottle of wine. Spending my evening kicking back on the couch with my pup :)

Getting ready to watch 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' w/dd until it's time for my early bed & early rise. I think the movie is in season...hmm...Halloween or Christmas?:confused: Either way, I wont watch it in the summer.:p

I took SophieKate to a Pet Psychic today (Laura Stinchfield) today as part of a Canine Companions fundraiser.

She told the following;

1. SophieKate really likes living with us and doesn't want to go elsewhere (fits our plans of keeping her for life).

2. SophieKate does not like her collar and wishes I would take it off her (I told Laura to tell her tough luck kiddo).

3. SophieKate is very worried about the boy next door (my neighbor's Min Pin). SophieKate feels he is not appreciated and that makes her upset. We are guessing its the Min Pin since he is the only boy next door.

She told me a lot of other stuff not so important, like SophieKate likes to be have her back hips massaged (adding that to my list).

Besides getting her reading we went to the Vet to pick up dog food and fell in love with a little kitten they're trying to rehome. I may be getting a little orange girl to join the family - thinking it over.

laying in bed dogs are both quiet in their crates and sleeping so cute. baby hasn't moved in awhile. hope he does soon. just catching up on YT and facebook. worked on my scrapbooks, cleaned house, feel much better. Tomorrow is laundry day, then working on a bedding set for a friend and finishing up Pup Tarts orders to ship out Monday. Busy day busy weekend. Happy go lucky mommy here

Trying to decide what to do - seems I'm paralyzed with indecision and sitting in front of the computer instead.

Gorgeous day. Take Lucy for a bike ride? Or take both dogs for a walk? OR mow the grass (DS has a cold) OR rake leaves?

I think in this order: walk both dogs; mow grass; rake leaves ~ THEN go for a bike ride this evening if I can swing it, since only one dog gets to participate in that!

Gizmo and I are resting today. Spent yesterday at Woofstock in Lake Charles, LA. There was arts and crafts, a mutt strutt, animal rescuses and contests. It was a good time. Gizmo entered the best ears contest and won first place. I saw on facebook that 13 were adopted and many more applications accepted. It was a great day for a good cause.

Frustrated with shopping!!! I WANT to support local businesses, but am sick of going looking for something and they don't have it in stock. The gas I just wasted driving around town could have more than paid for shipping if I'd bought it on line.

just finished some pillows for a friend's little girl's new room. have to work on the blanket but too pooped. working on Pup Tarts and watching the chiefs game. they might actually win for once. sucks to be from a town with the nation's worst football team. i'm not a fan, but i do watch them since we don't get the other games :( thinking about taking a nap. tired and need to relax a bit more. prob need to finish laundry too. pups are resting by me. good luck to the chiefs and goodnite

Well this is the second time Ive tried to post this but I had a very good day. I went to the dollar store and got just about everything I need for my daughters Halloween party for $59. I love the dollar store I have all kinds of great stuff. This is my daughters first halloween party so I want to make it great for her

I am on my first day of an 11 day vacation. I decided to tackle the one big job I wanted to complete while I am off, cleaning the garage and storage building. I am about half done and already have a big pickup load of junk to haul off. I hope I can finish tomorrow and have a relaxing remainder of my vacation. I am exhausted too:p

good job! have a nice vacation.

just ate some ham salad sandwiches and beef stew. yumm. still not ready to do anything else today. :(

I worked nine hours today then planned on the usual Sunday housework & laundry. I took a nap & woke up to a pretty useless hand!:( So I may just pick up dinner for us & look forward to Desperate Housewives (though I'm not yet impressed this season).

Geno and Daddy are napping on the couch next to me. We don't work tomorrow so I'm going to see my beautiful niece, Olivia, who is a little over a year old so I'm excited. She's probably going to be mad Geno is not with me since she loves her cousin G! She screams and shakes cause she is so excited to see him :) Also, Steelers kicked butt today! Woo! Hopefully it'll shut up my Cleveland friends who came to visit me this past weekend haha

Well, I ended up doing the bike ride with Lucy AND walking the dogs ~ but not raking the leaves or mowing the grass.

So . . pretty relaxing Sunday but . . .the grass still needs mowed!
