First snow :(

Here's a few pics from my front porch that I JUST took about a minute ago. It's still coming down.

YIKES! Looks ike a good day to stay in and do....oh, maybe, LAUNDRY?
I think if you put a splash of coffee in that martini it will count as a breakfast beverage.

LOL Stacy!! The laundry is almost ALL DONE (just a load or maybe 2 left). Unfortunately, I have to go to work. Word on the street is that our boss is letting us out between 12 & 1 in honor of the holiday - I think I will be taking lunch @ 11 ;)
Maybe I'll put a splash of Bailey's in my coffee to kick the holiday off right - that's more justifiable to myself than a martini before 2PM :p

LMA-OFF hahahaha - :D :D :D :D EALLY Kristy - Try the coffee in the Martini - who knows by the time your memory returns all your laundry will be done and you wouldn't feel a thing ?

Now where it ends up is a different story - but I BET you could be really creative a little Coffee Martini in you :D

I've never even seen snow...that is neat to me! But I strongly dislike the cold, i've been born and raised in Florida. Good luck with that and hopefully your "word on the street" comes true...have a Happy Thanksgiving! :D

I remember meeting my husband about this time of year in Chicago with the
beautiful Christmas lights and windows all aglow on Michigan Ave. I can still
feel his arm around me as we went to look at engagement rings. Also he
gave it to me in front of the Capitol Bldg in D.C. We have a pretty white
covering today but will get 2 feet by tomorrow. I love snow but hate it
when it gets real cold (like 10 degrees and less) Glad to hear you have
clean clothes for Thanksgiving and I would expect a call from your charge
card company to see if you're alive. :eyetearss HAVE A GOOD ONE.

ROFLMAO. That is too funny. The snow is suppose to start here tonight. Right now with the wind chill factor it is 18. To think last Monday it was 80. Happy Thanksgiving.

Looks like here, but I think we have a little more, ours started last night,, and Bailey LUVS it,, running, jumping, burying his face in it,, I was laughing so hard at him last night. :D

Very beautiful but yet sooooooooooo cold! Hasnet snowed here yet, but I know it's commin. We don't really get it here. But it's just a 15 minute drive. We are just below the San Bernardino mountains but it gets really cold here. The kids just love it. They can't wait for the first down fall. I'll be here warm and toasty in the house while the husband takes them!

JOAN!!! You were proposed to in front of the Capitol Building?? What a sweet story. That's my dream. :rolleyes: The Magnificent Mile truly lives up to it's name around this time of year. Save for slow-walking awestruck tourists, I adore it.

I love the snow!!! I just hate having to drive with all the ice & stuff. I guess we are suppose to get some kinda icey rain on Tuesday here in the St. Louis area.

We had our first snow today too but it rained and melted it already. Jewels was having a ball trying to slid in the snow. I cant wait to see my dogs when it really snows.

One of my hubby's dearest friends just moved to Chicago this fall, so we've been talking about going out there. (I can tag along when he does a business trip.) Think I'll wait until spring though. Hate snow!

So there's good diamond shopping out there, Joan?? Hmmmmm :D

WOW! I'm from Florida and I think it is in the 70's here (hey, that is cold to me). I couldnt imagine waking up to SNOW...those are beautiful pictures!
