The problem with rehab as punishment for breaking the law is that rehab doesn't work if the person doesn't want to change. What's the answer? I have no clue.

Actually there is some evidence that rehab can take even though the person didn't show any desire to change, and fought the process. Maybe down deep, they all really want to change? It really is a hard and painful life.

I saw that on the news. Has there been any official decision on what actually caused her death such as legal drugs or alcohol or heart trouble/arrhythmia of some kind?

I had a feeling it was not going to show illegal drugs. I wonder if they will release info on if there were any drugs present? Perhaps mixing rx pills and alcohol? Or if she really did die from withdrawal like we were talking about earlier.

Their were no drugs, but there was alcohol. They haven't said how much was found or the cause of death.

I wasn't even paying attention to the word illegal. Certainly she could have overdosed on legal drugs. Interested to find out more.

Yes, just like Heath Ledger and Anna Nicole Smith. And I think Jimi Hendrix too right? They said he died from wine and painkillers, but I've heard there's a conspiracy theory that he was murdered and make to look like an overdose.

Unfortunately, many times when a person dies, like in Jimi's case, it was from aspiration of vomit. It killed John Bonham, and Bon Scott of AC/DC, too. I guess we'll have to wait to find out more.
