Here we are guys, half way through the year. Another six months and we'll be making resolutions again - will you be happy with your progress?

I wanted to invite everyone again to join the "Skinny Yorkie Mommies" mini-community if you are interested in losing weight or generally getting healthier. It's a big help to check in with friends regularly and share your struggles and successes.

We have four members who check in very regularly: celstu1, brister, DvlishAngel, and myself. Every one of us has lost ten pounds or more so far! Other posters pop in from time to time as well.
