Ok, would this be a rescue, or an adoption? Will she be spayed before she leaves your house? What food is she on? Oh my, I just can't wait . More attitude around the farm. |

If I had to guess she's probably on every food item in the house except the ones that are cooked for dinner. Spayed? Try constant PMS mode. lol.:sidesplt::2omg: Jazz would kill me if she saw this, too bad she probably thinks I'm just being boring & old in here.:coffee_n_;):D |

Hummm, I believe this is a REVERSE rescue. It's the owner I'm rescueing by taking ownee. :D Post Mother Syndrome This syndrome happens to both the male and female of the human species just prior to puberty. It occurs precisely at the time they THINK they no longer need a Mother's input. The cure for this syndorme is a tightening of the "Mother Hand" and an abundance of love and patience. |
will you be willing to trade an 18 year old sister of mine that's no longer speaking to me over her unwilling to listena to anyone with any sense at all ??? :D |

I have an 18yr old son that does yard work and vaccums but only if you fuel him with hotpocket, pizza and hotdogs. After 4yrs of hard, constant work,I am getting to where I like him more days than not. He needs a job! |
We had a lot of these problems with our daughter aged 19, who's due to go off to Uni in October this year. She decided she wanted to move out of the parental home into a shared house - student digs - with a couple of her female friends, and moved out last week. She seems to be enjoying the independence and not having her Dad and I nagging her to get out of bed/tidy her room etc. The disadvantage is that she'll have to learn to manage her money carefully and will rapidly learn there's no 'washing-up fairy' to do the dirty dishes or a 'laundry fairy' to do her dirty laundry regularly. It'll be tough for her but if she manages it living away from home at Uni won't be such a shock to her system. |
