Awesome 20 min Workout...kicks butt 2 Attachment(s) I don't know if this will be helpful for anyone, but I love this workout! It's only 20min, so it's really hard to make excuses to avoid it. What's great about it is that it prevents plateauing, confuses the body as to a routine, and goes fast. Hubby and me call this the A$$ Kicking Workout. I saved it into 2 different .jpg's - the original from a magazine, and a text version. Let me know if you try this :). |
My gym has treadmills with this feature built in. I think it varies a little bit but it's just about the same thing. It is a great workout, and I feel more burnt out after one 20 min session like this than I do after a light jog of 40 mins. |

Thanks, I'm going to have to try this in our little gym here.:) I've been trying to play this Wii game I got my DD and I know it has to burn some calories! lol. It's "Just Dance 2". It's so fun & now I see why singers usually lip sync during a dancing number! |
