i'm watching.... i think that guy Bentley is a jerk. i hope she can forget about him

I'm watching even though I'm not a big fan of Ashley. I wish her luck. I think Bentley is HOT but what a jerk! He is just mean. I did not see last nights episode yet...that looks like it is going to be interesting.
Did Jeff take his mask off yet? I can't wait for that. : )

I think she will be really upset when she sees the shows and realizes how Bentley was totally using her. I'm glad she gave Will another chance.

Me too! He knew he went too far and was really sweating it when he didn't get a chance to apologize to her at the rose ceremony.

i like JP the best. he's super HOTT and when he kissed her i was getting all warm myself WOWZA. anyways Bentley is my dog's name so i could never like him even if he was for real and not just a player jerk. i'm glad she gave Will another chance because he doesn't seem like a total jerk he just made a bad call on how hard to roast her. he's right though a roast is usually ruthless but he missed the part about roasting out of compassion and love and it just struck a nerve with her. poor girl. I feel like she's very much a sweetie and super sincere on this show and i only hope she finds true love somehow. i want to see her smile and be happy and not crying. i think it's mean that the guys wanted emily so much. who wouldn't want Emily she is a freaking NASCAR dream girl but she's in a whole different world from most people. you can't expect her to come back and date guys after her and Brad didn't work and she's outta their league what with dating Ricky Hendricks AND Dale Earnhardt Jr. i kinda new brad and her would never work. he should have picked Chantal.

anyways enough for now. keep watching. oh and the mask guy was UGLY!! haha and i can't stand to look at Ames either.

I'm taping it, but I was kind of bored through the second show, I didn't like that "fake" wedding, and it just rubbed me the wrong way. They've really done a great makeover on Ashley, she's gorgeous and I'm sure as a friend she would be terrific, but I just don't think she makes good TV, too normal, maybe? Or maybe that’s what the producers thought because much of what she says this season seems scripted instead of really coming from her, she's so much different than she was on last season. I really prefer the Bachelor shows rather than the Bachelorette. I think the dynamics between the group of women is always more interesting than the dynamics between the men. I am looking forward to Bachelor Pad this summer with Vienna and Jake!

The fame wedding gave me the creeps... Hips exactly does that prove he's ready for commitment? I just think it shows he's up for a game of dare.

Exactly! I think the show is best when it just provides a romantic or exciting date, and let the sparks happen naturally. Weddings are only romantic, if you are really in love. Otherwise, they seem stupid. :D

From what I've heard they'll both be on bachelor pad, Vienna called Jake a fame whore, looks like they both are.

I haven't been watching this season's show, but I caught it last night. I couldn't articulate it about Ashley, but I think you captured it! The wedding thing was a little off for me too...just awkward somehow.

Embarrassingly, I kinda had hoped Michelle (from last season) would be the bachelorette - I know she was really wacky, but so entertaining! I think the dynamics of a Michelle-show would've been very interesting.

After last night's show though...wow, I don't think I've ever seen a more cruel, despicable, evil reality person - in Bentley! I actually felt really uncomfortable watching it bc it went so far in victimizing Ashley. He is realllllly a scary person, very messed up. I feel sad for his daughter. Imagine if *that* was your Dad. :(

Yeah me too, she was a diva that's for sure, and that makes good tv, but I'm sure they want her for the Bachelor Pad, and she would make a great addition. Now that I know that there's someone interesting to watch, I'll go check out Bently, is he really that bad, for example, as bad as Daniel from the New Jersey housewives? What’s wrong with me that I’m fascinated with sickos?

I was telling Tony (like he is SO interested in this crap :rolleyes:)...that I think the Bentley stuff was probably the worst, purposeful, intentionally cruel stuff I've seen on reality TV. It was really bad. Maybe he did it for publicity, but he was so cruel that even a person desperate for publicity couldn't really be nutshelled in this way.

I kept putting myself in Ashley's parent's shoes, and I hope they didn't watch that episode.

Would it be too crazy to think that Bentley was planted by the network, or the network knew but they didn't care. It made for some awkwardly good TV. What I don't understand is how Ashely fell right into it. She was warned before hand!!!

Because he was hot and smooth. : ) AND a complete JERK! Why would anyone want that kind of publicity? All it did is let anyone watching know he is a liar and a scoundrel. Dumb A$$.

Now William shouldn't have said a couple of things, but he showed remorse. But here we are with another person on these reality shows trying to claw their way into Hollywood. Not to mention his delivery was boring. He should stick with phones. Ugh.

I'm with you all the way; I don't think it was by accident that Bentley ended up on the show and I think it looks fairly staged this season. Ashley is S T U P I D for haning onto Bentley - armed with the knowledge she had from the beginning. NO ONE is that hot and certainly not Bentley. Yikes ~ he comes across like a psychopath!

And why did she keep the masked guy around for two weeks if not for the network? He was creepy mask on or off and should have been gone from day 1.

Personally, I doubt that Ashley finds true love and so far her judgement has been wayy off.

Bachelor Pad should be interesting this summer.

i really think Bentley was staged, but it bugs me that the camera crew and network KNEW the he was there just to be a jerk off and let him hurt Ashley and no one told her anything about it. i mean yes she had warnings, but after he's on camera saying horrible things about her they should have told her that was going on. i imagine now that she's watched the episode she will never feel the same about Mr. Bentley.

btw i wanted to show off the REAL Bentley. a perfect gentleman too :D

I’m glad I gave the show another chance; it’s much more interesting than I thought it would be. I pretty much stopped watching after the wedding, and didn’t really know anything about Bentley. I think a lot of the people going on the show want fame not a connection; some are just more obvious than others. How about William, didn't he say he dreams of becoming a comedian? Lol, poor guy bombed in so many ways, I do think he showed some remorse, but I'm not sure if he gets the fact, you don't ever go for someone’s jugular, unless you want to do damage.

Bentley does seem like a psychopath, and he seemed to want to be the first to say, "Nobody's done that before," as if that some accomplishment . :rolleyes: He had no thoughts of how she would feel when she saw this show later; and all that hugging and kissing when he was saying goodbye made me so sick. I'm still not sure what he wanted to promote, does anyone know what type of business he's in? At least he was better the Wes with Jillian a few seasons back, who wanted to be one of the final three, but didn't want to win. Jillian was head over heels and he bragged about having no feelings for her. I thought JP was a doll, and he seemed so sincere to me in wanting to confort her. He didn't mind the sweats and glasses, and just seemed so real, but I'm not sure she saw the beauty of that. That's my idea of true romance, but she’s still into a guy sweeping her off her feet. I wonder if this show will teach her that her radar isn’t that good? I mean Bentley really seemed like such an obvious a**hole. I think Ashley let go a couple of sincere guys who were just not as aggreesive, and kept so many jerks, but it seems like there are a good few possibilities left. I really feel badly for Ashley, she did a good job explaining how and why she was hurt, and hope she finds someone who really appreciates her for what she is.

By the way, this summer’s Bachelor Pad’s cast is revealed. Michelle will be there, and lots of other “interesting” people. It’s such a mean show, it’s better if you don’t like the contestants. Bachelor Pad 2 cast revealed! Celebrity Chatta

JP is my fave too! Such a genuine smile, and seems so happy to be there. To me, he looks to have a major crush on Ashley already. Doesn't seem arrogant either.

Also, West Lee, the guy who lost his wife, apparently, his wife died under mysterious circumstances. She drowned in a bathtub, and he claims she had a seizure. Sounds like the happy couple weren’t as happy as he made it out to be. Also, he was Cosmo’s Bachelor of the Year in 2010, and he gave the impression on the show that he was shy and reserved. oh wow the West story seems just awful. Poor guy! I hope he finds someone to love because that is a very sad experience.

The real dog is cuter and I would pick him over Bachelor Bentley any day! If Ashley lets him back on the show - then I am really going to wonder about how smart she is.

This season seems a little scripted to me. Bentley seems to take things WAY too far. Far to the point that im second guessing if someone could actually be for real in saying and doing all of what he did to Ashley! If it is real, I feel horrible for how Ashley is going to feel when she watches the tapes and sees the true Bentley. I would love to see what she says when she finally learns what an A-hole he is!!

BTW did you all know that Ashley is a proud owner of a Yorkie!?

Oh how could she possibly leave it to do the show? Lol, she should have told Bentley when he was talking about his daughter, that she had to leave her Yorkie!

That reminds me, did anyone else think Bentley was trying to get her to quit the show, he was saying things like, "You coud come with me."

I saw her appear on an MTV show where she was sharing 7 things viewers don't know about her. She called it a "teacup" yorkie:confused:

Ashley's "makeover" consisted of a LOT of weightless. I know it doesn't look like much...but to get that small AND toned in such a short amount of time requires A LOT of work. Besides the tanning and hair coloring she also clearly has extensions now. I do think she's more attractive this way, but I don't know it's just a turn off for me that she had to undergo such an extensive change in order to get her own show. Also, sorry the whole Bentley thing looks extremely scripted, and he is nowhere near the behavior of a real psychopath.
