Grey's Anatomy Tonight I have been looking forward to this all week!!! Anyone else glued to the TV right now (and YT of course)? |
I have to wait until tomorrow night to watch it on the computer because the boys don't like the TV. :D It's going to be a tear-jerker. |
yes I hope she does not die |
I don't think Cali will, but I'm guessing she loses the baby. |
I haven't been watching for awhile but have it on tonight. |
oh i hope she doesn't lose the baby |
The singing isn't bothering anyone else? I just can't take the serious moments seriously with all of the hub bub going on.... :p |
That singing is annoying. I'm fast forwarding past that part. |
Is the whole episode singing, or just parts? |
It's most of it, with some conversation interspersed. Sara Ramirez has an amazing voice. |

I thought the singing incorporated added something. Very well done. It was overdone though, esp. when they got to Hunt. lol |

I was not a fan of the singing. It wasn't that any of them were particularly BAD at it or anything... I just felt it took away from the grip/seriousness of the show. I was not as "pulled in" as I should have been. IMO random singing should not be incorporated into a medical drama. |
Good television... |
Fabulous episode, edge of your seat suspense, but I don't think the music added anything to it. Maybe on a smaller scale it would have worked, but it was just too much for me. With that said, Sara Ramirez was fabulous, wasn't she? |

It was too weird and annoying when Hunt broke into song when all the docs were conferencing on treatment plan. Meredith singing in Derrick's face was a little uncomfortable too. :p I read complaints elsewhere on the web that Grey's was trying to be Glee, lol. |

I love, love Greys Anatomy, but that was the most annoying, ridiculous episode I have ever watched. If they continue this musical thing, they will certainly lose me as a watcher. With that said - the story line was amazing. I love the music that they do put in - in the background - not with the characters singing. That was horrible! |
And I don't believe that these actors were the ones that were truly singing. I think that they were just lip synching to someone else's voice - not there's?!?! |

I think the only episode I liked less was the pseudo-live thing they did, or was it supposed to a documentary they were filming of the hospital and everyone was talking to the camera. Not much happened in terms of plot. |
OK.......... so I googled and found out that they did in fact do the singing. I wonder how many people actually liked the singing vs the ones that didn't. |
It sounds like most people didn't like it. The BFF and I both liked it. I think it was over done. The Hunt one was just crazy. So was Meredith's. I agree. It would have been better in the background. It was a nice change from the norm though. I thought when Lexi was walking around the hospital lip syncing, it looked a little obnoxious. Over all, this was actually one of my favorite episodes. There was one that I didn't like much at all - the one where something wen wrong in the ER and a patient was killed and the chief was trying to recap and find out who was responsible. It seemed like filler. |
It was filler, but it was also a set up for Reese (the unappealing, unsympathetic tattler) to be shot in the head and what's-her-name to be Derrick's "personal assistant" and a key figure in the shoot 'em up finale last season. |

 Great point! Gray's should not try to be Glee ever again! Just Callie singing would have been okay, but I agree with everyone else, when Owen broke into song I felt like vomiting! Could have been worse, though. They could have tried to dance, too! |
I wonder what is going to happen with Yang and Altman. Never did like Altman much. |

forwarded, because there was dancing! Miranda and her nurse boy friend, Alex and his OB girlfriend, and so on...:p |
