Thanks guys. I went to bed early last night. I woke up a few times in a cold sweat, like drenched, gross. I feel better now. strong enough to work, but still not hungry. I had some chicken soup yesterday, mostly ate the veggies and broth, didn't really care to eat the meat. I guess the pumpkin did the trick. ;) | That happens when your body has a fever, and fever is our body's way of killing off the bugs, a high temperature can do that. That's why some doctors don't like you to take medication to lower temperature because fevers can actually be helpful, of course, if it gets too high, brain damage can occur, and that would be disastrous for someone like you! :p When the temperature naturally breaks, you are covered in a cold sweat, and it usually means a turn for the good. Most healthy people can fight off many illnesses, and it sounds like you are doing the right things by keeping hydrated. Hope you are feeling better soon! |
