That may be so, I don't know. But the "court of public opinion" is going to be much harsher on her than anything UCLA will or won't do. She had better start re-planning her life, because from this point on it is going to be vastly different from whatever she was planning before this video came out, and she has only herself to blame.

Well from the looks of it, she was just a bikini model, which I think if anything this just gave her more exposure...which probably works in her favor. In terms of public embarassment/harassment by her peers, you are right she will get her sentence that way.

Well, Miss Northern Exposure sure had a lot to get off of her chest (pun intended). While I agree she's an absolute rambling racist idiot, I don't think UCLA should get involved and repress her freedom to speak her mind.

Not to worry, this bubblehead just sealed the fate of her future, as this video will be sure to haunt her for years to come. Future employers care to come forward?...anyone? Anyone at all? Didn't think so.

That being said, she IS going to pay for doing this. I predict she will pay a very hefty price for showing the world how stupid she is. LOL!!! This was left on one of the comments of the "white girls in the library" vid:

"LOL.. i'm from UCLA and i heard that while she was taking her finals yesterday a bunch of asians came into her class and yelled "CHING CHONG LING LONG TING TONG OOH!"
she couldn't handle the shame and left the class"

Oh I hope that's true, that's so funny!

There's a utube of her modeling pictures, and she doesn't really look too much like the same person. Someone said something about, "Too bad about the freshman 15," it looks like a heck of a lot more than 15 pounds.

The good news is they took her original u-tube down, it promotes hate.

She probably binge eats and then starves herself when she has photoshoots...not trying to poke fun at people who have this issue...I'm in college and I see girls do it all the time. It's sad.

I definitely agree with you. Either way, this girl dug her own grave. It was so rediulous when j read this morning she was getting death threats. Really?!?!? She's just a dumb girl who is not even worth typing hate mail to.

I do think it's hilarious if students mocked her during her final. Like Owned by Jezebel said, her peers are going to be the ones coming down on her the hardest.

Also, the 1st amendment actually protects the people from the government from censoring what we say. You can't just flap your mouth and claim 1st amendment protection. So when someone says something completely idiotic or totally off and they claim 1st amendment, not only are they being an a-hole they also don't know what they heck they are talking about.

It may just be they're direct...and that's cool. I would go back there in a second - so I don't mean I have anything against the area or it's inhabitants. :)

I grew up in the South, polite was in:p But I guess we judge manners by our culture and how we were raised. I moved to a big city as an adult, never have liked it. I find a lack of manners here. People in the stores even are pushy.. forget the roads!! So.. when we spent one day in Madrid I really did not notice the people as rude, but Wylie you are right in that they were to themselves. My dh got very ill on the public transport.. no one even blink an eye.. later I had a melt down and one gentleman stoped to be sure I was ok. I think the same would happen on the streets of a larger city in usa.
