No kidding!! I filled up this morning for $3.19 and that's at the cheapest place in town. I was shocked last week when on Wed. I filled up for $2.97 and then 2 days later it was $3.30 in some places. And I have to fill up about every 3 days (commute an hour each way for work). Sometimes it just makes me want to scream! :mad:

I own a gas station and last Sunday gas was at $3.03 for regular. This Sunday it was at $3.25. :( This is not good for business.... people really do stay home more when gas climbs like this. We have been SLLLLOOOWWWW all week last week! :(

Ok, scratch that. Just 3 days later it is between $4.27-$4.33/gal for premium.

:eek: my dad said he heard on the radio of places where gas is already $5 a gallon. Those are some scary prices!!!!

Gas prices went from $3.37 to $3.49 today... :eek::eek::eek: ... looks like there will be no "quick trips" into town....... maybe I should start riding my bicycle or scooter.......... hopefully it will warm up a little more outside.

Marge may finally relent on me getting a new Harley. I told her she could get a nice Sportster 883 Low.......She has a Motorcycle License. She said I have a hard enough time walking in a straight line, and I do not even drink.

By us in a NW Burb of CHicago, it is about $3.59 for regular, but a lot higher in the city. No doubt we will go well over $4.00 a gallon soon. It sure goes up FAST, but when prices drop, it sure goes down SLOW.

I saw on the news that Hawaii has the most expensive and Montana the lowest gas prices. I'm upset because we had planned on some serious vacation trips in the motor coach and now most are canceled. Our country is going to really suffer now, worse than ever, and could possibly put us in a real depression. Why can't the US be self sufficent?

$3.55 a gallon today in Michigan.
These high prices are probably gonna cramp alot of people's summer plans.

I hear you! I try my very best to buy American made goods to help my own people. Even if it's just a hand made dog collar. I'm trying to start small and avoid "made in China" as much as I can.

I think it's around 3.35 here. And I drive a medium size SUV. Ouch. Think I need to get a smart car :D. I love those little cars, so cute.
