In shoes, I wear 9 wide. :p

My mother had to have her shoes made for her. She wore a 10 extra narrow.

My mom used to have her shoes made too, size 4! now that she's old and her feet got to a whopping size 5.5. My feet have gone from a 6 to a 7.

But what's your HEAD size??? :D

I don't recall what that translates to in hat size.

How tall is your mom that she wore a size 4 shoe? Couldn't she just shop in the children's department? ;););););)

Wow! :eek: that's 7 3/8! but bf's head is the same size, and he has a huge head, but I am sure he is shorter than you. I am a 6 7/8, 21 1/2"=pinhead.

She's 4'11". but back in the 70s and 80s, kids clothes really looked like kid clothes, not like nowadays, kids try to dress like teens and adults!

I have found a few vintage Rothchilds coats from thrift shops in the kids dept. remember when little girls' coat were still made from wool and had the gathering and the big bow in the back? I have a navy one and a dark red one. I also converted a childs poufy dress into a high waisted skirt. I think I may have a picture of it, let me look.

Found it. It was a little girls dress with big poufy tulle skirt and a silk bodice and a tie in the back. I chopped off the top and left about 3" of the bodice and kept the back tie. It is real silk too, how many modern little girls dresses you see made from real silk! I think i got it for like 3 bucks.

Seriously! I have seen toddler clothes that scare me.

LOL, pinhead. I convinced my nephew who inherited the family's abnormally large noggin that he has such big brain that he needed a large head to hold it. He is 12 now and still believes it, and I swear that is why he does so well in school. Whoever said lying to a child is a bad thing? ;):D

It isn't so fun though. Try finding a cute, ADULT going out shoe. Or working shoe. I'm stuck with tennis shoes.

Great picture of you and great work with the skirt! Can't wait to see your new hairdo. I think it is going to perfect on you.

Fabrics in stores today, ugh. I don't enjoy shopping anymore because I'm "allergic" to all of the unnatural fibers.

LOL he was doing like a TA-Dah! type thing. You can't really see his left hand but that's what he was doing. he was such a nice guy, really appreciates his fans. Unlike some celebs that are like so too good for us peons.

This was at comic-con 2 yrs ago. I had to wear something that i could be comfortable in all day. Plus the huge bag to carry all the magazines and stuff they give out, plus to hide my booze in too. I'm totally serious. :p I was gonna wear my doc marten's with that outfit, but those things are knee hi and with steel toe and weigh like 10 lbs, I would have been so tired by the end of the looooooooong day. Probably would have buffed up my leg muscles if I did though.
