Donating YT 500 Club Member | WEN.... I ordered the HUGE gallon size back this summer. Having never tried it before, I don't know what I was thinking buying a huge bottle, instead of some smaller size. The first few times I used it I thought, "uh oh....what a HUGE mistake!" It took awhile to get the amount right and to get used to the difference. I most likely will not use anything else, because of the good condition of my hair now. I've always had kinky, curly, dry hair, color processed with highlights for most of my life. My hair the past ten years has been thinning, to the point of....I could see myself in a few years with so little hair left, I know my scalp would be showing. One of the reasons I tried the WEN, was customers reviewing "their hair loss had slowed or quit". I didn't care for it at all the first few times I tried it, but stuck with it just because it was past the 30 day return time and I wasn't going to waste it. Also, I had heard to give it some time before deciding if it is working. What I did like even the first time.....my thin hair felt and looked much fuller. Even my cousin a hair stylist, was here for a 4th of July party, and thought my hair felt very healthy.....and she knows my hair. What I didn't like ( at first) was my hair didn't feel "squeaky clean" like it normally does after regular shampoo.......but.....I now know my hair is clean, the way it feels now, is the new "normal clean hair" feel for me. It hasn't been stripped of all of the oils as it would be with sulfate based shampoos. After this many months of using it, my hair is in better condition than it has ever been. The hair loss has stopped or is so minimal, I consider it normal hair loss (a few hairs versus a handful). My hair is soft now too, and the only dry, damaged part still left are the ends that haven't been snipped off yet by my stylist....whereas before, my hair looked dry from the root to the tip. I love it and would recommend it to others, especially those with dry, and/or color treated hair. Don't expect it to be anything at all like a normal shampoo experience though, because it isn't. You have to experiment with the amount to use, and how long to leave it on, that does make a difference. And...I'll post this because I know someone will ask....No, I haven't tried it on the yorkies yet but will soon lolol...about Chaz Dean's hair......I was just telling someone the other day.....I think the "mussed up", "piecey" look has seen it's day and should move on

| I tried it and liked it at first. I felt a noticeable difference, but about 2 months later my hair was just drab and didn't do much. I think it's much like any other shampoo - when you first use it, there's a difference, but then your hair adjusts and is the usual. I stopped using it because for the price, it didn't make much difference for me.

| I have sensitive skin and have to be real careful about what products I use. I ordered Wen Tea Tree Cleansing Conditioner as they say it's for sensitive skin. I have thick black & silver coarse hair that is very short right now. After using the Wen for the past 3 days without any reaction I am very satisfied with how much softer my hair is. I am going to give it a couple of weeks and if I don't have any reactions to it I will probably keep using it. If it works it will probably save me $$ in the long run because I won't be throwing away partially used bottles from salons any more.
