Urgent prayer needed for Patti & Jack's daughter
 

I know there is already a prayer thread started for Jackie (Patti and Jack's daughter), but I thought I'd start a new one in hopes more people see it and will pray.

Patti just called a bit ago and she is in tears. Jackie's heart quit and it had to be shocked to get it started. She is now, or going to be, in surgery soon and then to ICU. Patti doesn't know what the surgery is for. Maybe an exploratory? Earlier today, her other daughter told her that Joe told her Jackie's was dragging her left leg and Patti is wondering if she had a stroke. Patti talked to her and she was very hard to understand and Patti wonders if she had a stroke and her speech was affected some. She's also been very confused. I told Patti her electrolytes are probably way off and that along with medication and weakness, she's bound to be confused. Patti's other daughter and husband are now on their way to Jackie. It will take them about 4 hours. Patti is so scared she is going to lose Jackie tonight. Please pray for Jackie and also Patti and Jack. Patti has to have Jack to the hospital at 6 AM for tests. I doubt she'll get any sleep tonight and I'm worried about her. Thank you for your prayers.

I will definitely pray for Patti and her daughter! Is this the daughter with the arthritis problems?

It isn't the Patti with the daughter with artritis. It's another Patti that goes by Baby Blessing on here. Her daughter has had a mystery illness since May and had test after test with no answers. She's been in the hospital now and took a turn for the worse today when her heart stopped. She's now in emergency surgery, but Patti doesn't know what surgery it is they are doing. Thanks for your prayer!

Thanks all, for your prayers. I haven't heard anything yet this morn and will be out of town today, so I won't be able to update until this evening. I'd call her now, but she is at the hospital for tests on Jack and I'm sure they're not done yet.

Wow, I cannot imagine the burden and heavy heart she may be feeling right now. I pray that God brings their entire family peace and comfort in this difficult situation. I pray that God lays His hand on Jackie and brings healing to her body and to the drs to give them the knowledge and skill to save Jackie.

Update. Connie heard from Patti (Baby Blessing) about 30 minutes ago and Jackie is in ICU. The procedure they did had something to do with getting a large amount of fluid off Jackie. Connie or I will update as we hear more. Patti is at the hospital with Jack her DH who is having a procedure. So please keep Patti and her family in your prayers. Thank you.

I just talked to Patti (Baby Blessing). She heard from her son in law earlier today that Jackie is conscious and in ICU. They did not have any answers yet. Jack had his procedures and they have found 3 polyps on his colon. They are doing biopsy's on them. Patti wanted me to let everyone know how important all of you and your prayers are to her and Jack. She is asking to please continue the prayers for Jackie and Jack. Thanks

I cannot imagine having two loved ones in different hospitals at the same time. Patti must be so torn. I've had her situation in the back of my mind and in my prayers all day.

Patti's other daughter who is with Jackie called and put Jackie, who is in ICU, on the phone. She told Patti she loved her and sounded very weak. Patti is so grateful for your continued prayers.

Wow. Praying that the good lord surround your family with angels and keep them from harms way while the doctors do their work.

I'm sorry your going through this. My DH is in the hospital now with some mystery illness that had him in A-fib last week. I have a prayers thread going too and waiting for a diagnosis. Just try to keep your head up and dont forget to take care of yourself. Your in my thoughts and prayers.

Prayers for Patti and her family.

Still no answers for Jackie. Patti talked to her today and couldn't understand much of what she said. She was taken for an MRI tonight, but 2 hours later, was still not back to ICU, so Patti is worried. They need to get her heart stabalized before doing more tests. This is unbelievable. I feel so bad for Jackie and her family.

I will keep Jackie, Jack and Patti in my prayers, may you get swift answers and effective treatment to put everyone on the road to good health...
