 LOVE THE DROID, had it for over a month....Touch screen takes a bit of getting use to from having the LG ENV....I miss the actual "buttons".. Love the app's, bigger screen... :thumbdownBecause of touch screen, sometime during a call my earring will activate the screen and I'll hear it dialing away...ugggh :thumbdownI can't feel the BUTTONS, so i can't dial without looking at the screen, make s it difficult while driving:( But all in all COOL phone, still getting use to it |
I had the Moto Droid but then vaught wind that the Incredible was coming out and returned the Droid :) The Incredible is suposed to be better, faster , etc.... even has an 8 meg camera on it! I've been a BB user for years. Love BB but I need something faster, better browser and more toys ;) Crackberry and other sites are saying the Incredible is the phone to get! |

My co-worker got the Eris,I just talked to her again and she is still loving it. |
the Moto Droid is the Motorola Droid, it's under Verizon's service and it has a slide out keyboard along with a touch screen. |

I was also looking at the Droid Ally model...it looks like just about everything the incredible except skype-which doesn't mean anything for me- and it has a smaller screen. I'm going to try and get to the verizon store over the weeknd to see and touch the phones. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out what's what. :) |

I went to the Verizon store to pay my bill, and I was playing with the Droid, and I personally didnt like it. If you are a texter its hard to text! You go to push a F and it hits the O button.. I would go to the store and play with the phones to see what you like I have the Envy 2 and I love it!! They also have the Envy touch. my SIL has that one and I love that one too, I think I am going to get that one next. OH and the camera on it is the BEST!! |

thanks--that's where I usually go for anything. I was dealing with a local dealer here but it wound up being more expensive! |
I am so glad you posted about this. I also have the BB curve and love that it is pink. I sure hate to upgrade and lose my pinkberry. I saw that they are offering an extra $50 off on the droid Incredible and was thinking about getting that. I posted on FB and several said the touch screen gets dirty and can be a little hard to get used to. I like my buttons but i sure would like to upgrade to a faster model with a better camera. It is all so confusing with all the models. Guess i need to run by the store and play with it first. |

I have had my Droid for a little over a month, and I love it. I upgraded from a Voyager (that I loved). It took some getting used to at first. My biggest problem I was putting my phone on mute and thinking it was having problems when no one could hear me (lol). Texting is almost like the Voyager, it has a slide out key board. I cannot use the touch screen to text. I like the huge memory, speed, and the ability to surf the internet just like on my computer. I am using it right now. |
