Britster | 04-16-2010 05:38 AM | Well, in general, America thrives off of negativity. So it's going to be pretty much the same on ANY internet forum you go on. Just turn on the news... this person got shot, that girl got stabbed and raped, a building burned down, this Pit Bull was burned to death (just happened here)... it never ends. That's why I hardly watch the news. But I find nothing wrong with having a few debates on YT and honestly, I don't find that most of them get too out of hand. Of course it makes things interesting. I am not involved in much "drama" in real life and neither am I on YT. But the thing with a thread such as "Wow, we did this today!" can only be replied to so much... there's only so much people can say without being repetitive. That's why you won't find as many replies to positive threads as debatable threads. But I don't see a TON of negativity on here... I do think the positive outweighs the negative and that's why I continue to post here. It's fun to share stories and learn about the one thing we ALL can agree we love... our dogs. |
