Yes, it is painful to watch Kate dance. I hope I'm capable of showing a bit more emotion than that! Probably not much though; I'm wound pretty tight! I recommended for her a big dose of Valium beforehand OR several drinks. I swear that would improve her dancing |

I suspect their pay is determined by how long they last in the competition, among other stuff, but there has to be a couple of them that are begging for this season to be over with. :D:D And Derek may have a partner that is accustomed to dancing, but he brings his own shock factor. He is such a good choreographer that I just can't wait to see what he puts together. Their routine broke some "rules" (how does that work anyways - do they get in trouble for knowingly breaking the rules or does it just reflect in the score?) but I sure enjoyed the story telling involved with it. |

Kate is a walking freakshow. I literally can not wait until she is off the show, press, TV, and everything. Such a caustic wench. I hate that John didn't man-up and divorce her before he made a complete fool of himself. I guess when she started traveling so much he just went hog wild. She's a money grubbing hussy and should stop whining about "all she had to do" to keep up. Sell the mansion honey. What's the point of the lifestyle when your never with you kids? It's because the lifestyle means more than anything. I didn't notice the lopsidedness but I sure will next time. I was just so horrified by the awful wig and lumpy dress. Stiff as a cadaver. I think her partner deserves the academy award for faking a tolerant attitude. Bless his heart. (which is code for "sucks to be you") |

Oh man, you guys are all so funny it makes watching the show even more interesting when I hear your reviews. I'm getting ready to watch in a half an hour (different time zone), so thanks for not spoiling.... but I did come here to see what you were all buzzing about. Just got home with 2 lil Morkies that were spayed today, so I really need to relax now. Keep those reviews coming and I'm not going to look at this thread til tonights show is over. |

I thought it would be between Buzz & Kate, so very surprised she wasn't in the bottom. She obviously has a lot of fans! I don't think Kate was easy to live with, but given Jon's behavior, he was never a prize either! I've never blamed them for doing the show though. I think people try and make the best choices they can make and I really do think they started out doing the show as a way to help support the family. I think he was always somewhat lacking in the job/ambition department and with 8 small mouths to feed. I don't judge there. I don't think anyone could have predicted what it would turn into. I keep hoping she will improve, to let herself go, but I'm not sure she can. I think there are a lot of people who are hoping for the same thing since she's not been in the bottom! I give her credit for trying though! |
Well looks like Buzz was sent back to the home and golf course last night. :p So next week we will get a chance to watch: Chad "make love" on the dance floor to Cheryl :eek: Neicy shake her giggly parts in a Ramba :p Nicole is going to repent and strive for a perfect 10, 10, 10! Pam looked relieved she was not on the bottom. From what I hear she prefers the top :cool: Looked like someone put a string in the back of Kate's head to help with the smile. I counted at least 4 times they must have given it a pull. :D Erin, Jake, Evan, Aiden will all be back next week too. BTW did anyone see Jimmy Fallon last night? Boy, talk about nailing it! For some odd reason I'm glad Kate didn't go home, I thought the dance she did was the weirdest thing I've ever seen. I really hope she can learn to loosen up a little this season; who knows, dance therapy might help. I've got to admire her courage, and I'm so glad she feels proud of herself. So lets hear it for the everyday housewife! |

Ok, tonight's the night.... hope Jodi (megansmomma) is watching and will give a play by play review. I kinda feel sorry for Kate, getting hit with the custody suit in the middle of her time at DWTS. She has a hard enough time already. I actually hope she stays a while so we'll have something to talk about.:D |
