I agree on the Jungle Book song choice, what the he11. It didn't make any sense. I bet it was hard to choreograph around that song.
I do hate the results show. They just keep dragging it on and on. I like all of the judges comments, but all the singers.... not really. I just want to know who's going home.

Well there wasn't a pole, but with all the sexy moves, skimpy costumes and guys stripping.... who needs a pole. :eek:

Len was really grumpy and overly critical, but Bruno makes up for it with his outrageous enthusiasm.

Poor Evan, must be disappointed with scores, but hey, he has a minor concussion. First week without trainwreck Kate... less drama now, and the competition gets more serious.

Jodi.... where are you. I'm waiting for your review and the results show tonight, and hope I don't get as many phone interruptions as I did last night during the show.

Well during last nights results show, Jake the Bachelor was eliminated. Is it just me, or does he come across somewhat stiff and rehearsed? When he started to tear up, it moved Brooke Burke to tears herself, but I just didn't get it.

I actually don't think the ladies need a pole to dance around, as their partner seems to function as one! With all the high kicks and lifts in the swing dance competition, they were spinning around like crazy!

For me, the surprise this week was Chad.....he really seemed to loosen up and do 100% better. A lot less like a giant standing awkwardly by Cheryl as she twirls around him!

Yep, no big surprise to see Jake and Niecy in the bottom 2, and could have flipped a coin to send one home.... either would do. They just aren't growing and advancing enough to be considered IN the competition.

Evan did surprise me (:thumbdown), his long limbs did look more like ballet form, must be the ice skater/dancer in him. He has fallen from the top 2 and now has to work hard to catch up.

I hate to say it, but I've seen enough of guys with open shirts... ripping off shirts, the abs, the undies.... yep....it has been overkill, and distracts from their dancing. Save it for Chippendales guys! Oh my, am I getting to be an old fuddy-duddy like Len? I hope not.

Now... WHERE IS JODI'S REVIEW????? Is she going to make us beg?

Yeah, it puts your focus on something else, I do love Maks though, he's the reason, I've stayed a fan, but even I think this stripping cheapens it all a bit. Love to see him wearing clothes that show off that incredible bum though! I'm looking for the technique in his moves. ;)

Yeah right, I'm sure you are;) But did Maks "really" say last night that he has a secret crush on Pamela? Oh Geeez, but why:confused: Just to get ratings I think.

Lol, doesn't every guy have a secret crush on Pamela? I mean I can think of a couple of reasons why guys find her attactive! :D

I just clicked on the American Idol thread since nobody is into this much today; plenty of commenting over there. Are you watching both shows?

Yeah, the AI thread was really dead this year, I had to do a search to find it, it just isn't as compelling, but they do have a lot of talent. I think more people will start posting there now that the field is narrowed down a bit. I'm watching both shows this year, but I record them, and wasn't that excited to watch AI this year as last, but this year DWTS seems like it's more fun, lol, maybe it's Megansmama's reviews though! I like it when they have great couples, the couples don't even have to be well known, I love watching the pros dance, it's just magical, but it's also fun watching the stars improve.

I agree with every single thing you said. DWTS has been great, and ratings have topped AI so everybody must agree. Ohhh where is Megansmama's review... I can't hang out here any longer, must clean my house now. But I'll be back on later, looking for Jodi's comments. :D

She's probably making a pay for view website, we shouldn't have told her that her comments were so entertaining!

I missed the show this week!!!!! :( I thought it was recorded but my daughter erased it!

I did see the elimination show but it just isn't the same without Monday. :(

I had tried to watch the episode on Hulu on Tuesday but it was storming here and I think it was interfering with my internet connection. Couldn't say that out loud or my son with be all over me to change providers. :rolleyes: I just got done watching it and here we go.......




Jake and Chelsea were first and looked like he forgot to finish getting dressed again this week. Last time around he was dancing without his pants and this week he was missing all the button on his shirt. Did anyone notice that his pecs/abs looks kind of sprayed on? Maybe if he wasn’t so wrapped up in his flowing buttonless shirt he wouldn’t have tripped over the stairs. Kind of on my nerves this week and here is the total spoiler……cry baby! Get your butt booted and you cry like a girly man?

Evan and Ann were next up. Did you hear that crack when he cracked his coconut on the mat! I still have a headache and it’s Thursday! Another on that forgot all the buttons on his shirt and looked like his pecs were sprayed on enhanced too. What was up with his arms? They looked like a swan on a mating frenzy! Seriously, I kind of wanted to crack my head with all of the arm flinging. It was kind of strange IMHO.

Niecy and Louis~the dance was well kind of interesting. Like how she gave him a kick in his bitty man parts. Did you see Niecy almost lost her booby at the very end? Sister on the right almost came for a uninvited visit. I still get a kick out of her but I think her days are limited. 

Erin and Maks looked great this week all the way up until Maks started to lose his shirt sleeves, then his tie and his shirt. WTH? Can’t the guy keep his shirt on. At least his abs and pecs didn’t look sprayed on.  Wow 9, 7 and 9! I was pretty impressed!

Chad and Cheryl hmmm he kept his shirt on and dragged her around the dance floor like a good boyfriend oops dance partner should. :rolleyes: They really did a great job and I was impressed. After this week Chad had decided that he can dance 8, 8, and 8! I’m impresses!

Nicole and Derick good think they were both wearing RED cus they were HOT!:D It was insanely great! Wow!!! I didn’t even notice that he lost his buttons until after they were finished dancing and had moved into the backroom for their scores. 9, 7, and 10!

Pammie and Damian were last and she had on a brown wig~but NO POLE! :thumbdown Actress and model poledancer Pam and Damian were the final dancers. Go figure that she was really good at getting her legs wrapped around her partner. They did great this week and I kind of like Pam as a brunette. ;)

WOW, Jodi, you came thru for us after all! Thanks girl, as always you were right on, and you notice so many things that I don't, it makes me want to watch some of it over again.

So, do we all agree that the guys can keep their shirts on from now on and concentrate on dancing?

Who's going out next week.... maybe Niecy?

Speaking of The Situation did anyone see Regis and Kelly this morning? They did a hilariously funny skit with Regis as "The Situation" and Kelly as Nicole "Snooki"! Talk about spot on. I'm going to check and see if there is a Youtube and will post if there is. Almost as good as the SNL skit a few months back. Nothing like laughing until you are in tears at 9 AM! :D

I think it's a toss up between Pam and Neicy. Everyone else did phenomenal.
