Do you regret your sn? I do! When I made it, it was high school and it was my hotmail account and my sn for aim. But now that I'm older and wiser :rolleyes: that was the best I could come up with? When I joined I thought it should be something easy to remember and it wasn't like I was going to be a long term member anyway.;):D Anyone else regret their sn? |
YES!!!!! I couldnt think of anything, so I used my Yorkies name (at the time I only had Armani) plus "man" because I call him my little man sometimes... but now that I think about it, people think I am a man, :p (Thats why I put my real name in my siggy now) I wish I had something a little more generic now that I have two yorkies. :D But oh well, I hope people forgive my terrible name. :p |
Yes! I hate it. I didn't actually think i'd stick around this place! LOL... yeah right. My name is Brittany, or Brit whatever... and I had an uncle that used to call me Britster as a nickname but I was NEVER called it in real life besides him when I was younger.. I dunno why it popped into my head but it did. I don't like it. |

When I came to YT I didn't even have a Yorkie so I used my daughters name and of course I am the momma :p Everyone thinks that Megan is my Yorkie but really Megan is my now 14 yr old daughter! :p |
I hate mine also. This is the first forum I decide to join and I did not realize that is how people would know me. I did not even capitalize any of it.:) |

This is a funny topic...like several of you, I didn't think I would be hanging around or posting much on YT. I registered mainly to see pictures and to ask a question or two. Never did I dream that I would have a second Yorkie, so I regret that I used Maximo's name as my sn. |

I joined YT before I purchased Sasha because I wanted to learn more about the breed before I committed to buying. Everyone thinks that "Bella" is my yorkies name! So here's the science behind my SN: Bella because I'm a Twilight fanatic, Blue because that's my middle name (my first name is Krystal, I don't know what my parents were thinking!), and 82 was the year I was born! Oh well, maybe the forum should let you change your SN if you want... then again I know who most of you are now and don't want to go through re-memorizing everyone and their personalities lol! |

I am in the Minority here :) but... I LOVE LOVE LOVE my screen name. I won't bore you guys with all of the details, but Chattie is my second Yorkie. My first baby died prematurely at the young age of seven years from a very rare brain disorder. My grief was such that it was almost 5 years before I was ready to open my heart to another Yorkie. She was supposed to be "Ewok" or "Gremlin" or any number of other names that I had preselected. Well on the way home with her in my arms, Chattie named herself -- she made the most adorable sounds - almost like she was chatting with me -- she has always been a chattie little sweetheart. So she became Chattie and I became Chattiesmom. I am known far and wide on the forum and in "real life" as Chattiesmom. I answer to Cindy and/or Chattiesmom equally well :). |

Yes, I wish I could change mine too now that I have my girls. I even asked admin if I could change it and they said sure...but you give up your donating status and your post count. Well, that's just out of the question for me...who would recognize me...Thread Mom to the Thread Killer thread...if I changed my user name now?? :eek: The pupperazzi would never find me... |

I hate mine. I did not have a yorkie, just joined to ask a question or two. Did not want to have my real name as it is unique. Johnna. I was afraid I would make a fool of myself with my questions. I still think about starting over. |
I love mine!! I've been on forums for about 4 years now, so my sn's changed a bit. I started with yorkiehandler for my AIM since you're only allowed so many spaces. When I joined my first forum I was c101yorkiehandler. I joined another one with the same name, but everyone just called me Yorkie. I now use C101Yorkie so that I can still have the yorkie part, but it's also one-of-a-kind! My email is c101courtney, so the c101 is my signature on sn's! lol C for Courtney, 101 for my favorite movie "101 Dalmatians", and Yorkie obviously cause I love yorkies and have one. :) |
