Well I would consider your oldest sibling a first born, you are a first born, your brother from the orphanage is the baby, and then the youngest is a first born again because of the age difference between you all!

I'm the baby of the family. Also, both my parents were the babies as were both my Grandparents on my Mother's side.

I'm 27 y/o first and only child from my mom. BUT we've always lived with my grandparents, who adopted my 26 year old cousin and my 16 year old cousin when they were babies. So technically my mom raised all 3 of us like hers plus she practically raised 2 more cousins.

I'm also the oldest grandchild and oldest girl.

Technically, you're the baby since there is a six year difference between you and your youngest sister, and the youngest sister is a first born! When there is a six or more year difference between siblings the process starts over again!

This is where it gets interesting! I guess it would depend on who you were primarily raised by and for how long?
