I wish it was only $50 for the pulling, it was $230 for the pulling, $330 for the anestethia and $330 for the bone graft! YUCK! If this was a 'hey you're done, that was easy' Id be ok with it. But man this is hard and hurts and costs a lot! LOL |
I hate to be the bearer or possible bearer of bad news but if this is new insurance that you are getting, make sure there is not a missing tooth clause or you will be out the entire price for an implant. Also, you need to make sure that the Implant is covered on a molar tooth, most employers consider that cosmetic. And some cover the attachment to the implant but not the implant itself or vice versa |

Thanks for the heads up with the insurance. ive been on the dental at my company for 5 years. I stopped it to save some money since all these paycuts and such, figures huh? Well regardless if they pay for the implant or not, I'm not going to live with a hole in my mouth from a missing tooth so I guess I'll pay for it. Sucks when your mouth becomes the most expensive thing you own! LOL |
