American Idol I get mixed feelings for the contestants during the try outs. Some of these people really believe they are good. I don't like the way some of the judges laugh at them when they are singing, come on guys these people do have feelings:( I do like the ones who don't take themselves to seriously, they are funny. The pants on the ground was on there for a lighter side. Thought it was pretty catchy:rolleyes: As for last years winners, I have both Kris Allens and Adam's CD's. I love Adam's CD as I love his voice so much but he is doing alot different than he did on Idol and that's the music that we fell in love with. Still, so much talent, such a sweet guy and so good looking!!! Kris's CD is also different from songs he did on Idol, it's darker music and makes me wonder what's going on with him. Even though he won, he's not the star that Adam is. Like him, but not enough personality and outgoing attitude. I am a true "Glambert" and think Adam will be going a long way. Wish he'd have thought over his American Music Awards spot a little better. |

Well, what do you all think? I have heard a few interesting contestants. There are some interesting personal stories behind some of the ones going to Hollywood. Did ya'll see the guy that did the splits and split his pants......ouch. His voice was not too bad. I though the beat bopper was really weird but when he actually sang he had a good voice. Simon was not crazy about him. I think it would be so neat if Paul McCartney replaced Simon. I like Ryan but I don't think he would be right for the position. Pants on the ground, pants on the ground......it is a hit. |

The guy got hauled away in handcuffs because he would not leave after the judges told him he could not sing. He was really awful. I liked the voice of the guy that had got in trouble as a teenager and had spent 4 years in prison. |
I liked the young boy who sang the Miley Cirus song- he lives with his Aunt & was raised by her....they all liked him because he was so humble about his approach.....but sang beautifully.....I find the people that go in there with the Hubble interior.....usually make it out in the top 12 .......:animal-pa |

I loved Ellen......I believe like anyone trying to do a new job & trying to fit in with the Old crowd....she is waiting to do her own thing....like when she was telling people they were through....jokingly telling them to move up , back, then to the left....ect...thats her thing....I dont think its easy for her to be mean unless its very simple & someone really sucks.....she will give her opinion then....but she would usually take the lighter side of things. She may be gay...but shes very heartfelt when it comes to human emotions....... |
This year isn't as exciting as last year, but there have turned out to be some great contestants. I guess Adam spoiled me, he didn't just sing a sing, he performed, and it was always exciting. This year I'm having a problem finding a consistent favorite, and there are quite a few I like, but it varies so much from week to week. Siobhan has been a favorite of mine since the beginning, and I love her uniqueness. Her outfit last night looked like something capt_noonie would design. I thought it was amazing! Casey James is cute and I know he'll be successful, but he's on and off for me. I'm liking Lee Dewyze more all the time, and I love the raspiness of his voice, I think he will also have a successful career in music. Aaron Kelly broke me up when he said he was singing to his mother, he really connected with the song, and it says so much about his feelings for his mom. Love both Mike and Crystal on some songs, but no one stands out enough to have me calling. |
