I've tried several of the "year of slow cooking" recipes - and they are great. I love the website where she tells you how everything turned out and what she served with it. Slow cooking is the greatest!!! |

I haven't looked at the sites that were posted yet and I was wondering if they provide the nutritional info for their recipes? |

Thank you for this site information on crockpot receipts. My neice gave me one for Christmas. This should make things a lot easier for cooking. |
This is great! I've really only made beef stwe in my slow cooker. I'm going to try some of these recipes. The chicken cordon bleu sounds really good and I have ham leftover from Christmas. |
I love this thread. I am going to try some of these recipes |
I just throw a whole chicken in the crockpot with a little water and seasoning before i leave for work. When i get home pour off the juice to a pan on the stove and throw the dumplings in to cook for a few minutes and your meal is ready. you can just use can biscuit dough for dumplings.... Easy I also sometimes stuff the chicken with stovetop dressing then throw in the crock. Put a nice beef roast in with a little water then use the juice later that evening to make gravy, pour over mashed taters. |
