i need help with windows 7 i received the yt cards exchange email but cant open it. it says dont have enough memory

thats impossible cause its a new pc. how cant i open it help please!!!!!!

What format are they in? I have windows7. I had to download some things that where not on it. Like Adobe reader and Microsoft Office

i downloaded adobe lol and i didnt do the office maybe i should. i had windows xp before this is so different

yes it is different, Im finding alot of things are not compatible with windows 7 yet.

I don't mean to hijack yr thread.....but really need to know since u brought this up.

How can u tell which version u have? I've been getting update notices for Windows that fail for over a month now??

Don't know if any of these problems are related, but I have Windows Vista.
