I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | That doesn't make sense, why would you give less to a 6 pound dog than a 3 pound dog? Did you mean .30? for 6 pound?

| make it into a fractional equation: 2.0ml/40lbs. = ?/6lbs ~~invert and multiply... 6lbs/1 * 2.0ml./40lbs. ~~ the lbs cancel out, then find common multiplier for the 6 and 40 to divide through, which is a 2.... so ~~ 3/1 * 2.0ml./20= ?ml ~~ multiply 3 and 2 and divide through by 20 = 6.0 mil/20=.3 ml for a 6lb dog. If the dog is three lbs. just place the 3lbs in instead of the 6lbs and then redo the math.... Last edited by lil fu fu girl; 11-05-2009 at 08:25 PM. |

| For 3 lbs: 2ml/40lbs = ?/ 3lbs = 3 lbs/ 1* 2ml/40lbs = 0.15 ml |
