I kind of wish it would had been PINK accepting that award~now THAT would have been some good TV! :D I <3 Taylor Swift :) |
i wish that Taylor had turned and kicked him in his junk, not one person there would have blamed her for it...but then again she's a classy little lady for her age and she did the right thing by saying thanks to mtv and the fans and walking away from the situation. turn the other cheek and you almost always are more classy than fighting back... lol but if it were me up there, he'd have been knocked out! |

He is such an arrogant you know what!!! |
Kanye is not a victim of anything. There is no excuse for his behaviour and he is just too lazy to control his tongue. Its sad that so many people think he's so terrible, yet they still are going to go out to buy his music and be entertained by him. I've never been able to get that. |
the President had it right! Kanye's an a--hole |

I'm glad that Taylor got to make the rest of her speech (Beyonce is awesome) and this morning on The View she was able to address the issue. I'm very glad that so many celebrities are backing her up. |

I hate victim mentalities more than just about anything else, so if he ever tried to use that one, it wouldn't fly for me. I've been a victim of plenty of injustices in my life, physical and emotional, that does not excuse anyone to not be accountable for their own actions. |
But there are psychological disorders that people can't control sometimes. It's not "playing the victim" if there's something mentally wrong with you. I'm not saying he IS mentally ill - I don't know anything about him other than what I've seen from him on TV - but there is a CHANCE that there is something wrong with him that he has little or no control over, especially if he isn't aware that the problem exists. |
People no longer feel remorse or take responibility for their actions. Why? There are no longer repercussions for one's actions. This is the downfall of our society. Will it ever change? I believe if Kanye weren't in the public eye and didn't fear he might lose CD sales from his remarks, he would have never addressed his actions. And, shame on the audience for applauding him when he first came out on stage on the Leno Show. There should have been an overwhelming silence and/or "booing" when he appeared. Instead, the audience rather showed they supported the singer when he appeared, rather than showing any signs of discontent with his actions toward Swift. Ashame on the public for not showing more disgust with his actions. This has taught Kanye and others like him that there is support for such rude behavior in our society. What has happened to our once great society? Kanye needs to grow up and realize the world doesn't revolve around him, and to keep his "opinions" to himself because no one cares. this guy is such a joke. i would love to see south park do another episode on him:D |
Comparing him to her it's like he stepped on a kitten. |

Now that would have been a show to see! I don't watch award shows I always get bored. But for him to do what he did to someone like PINK? Oh Yes, that would have been worth tuning in for! LOL |
The latest to jump on board is 50 Cent! haha! Now that is someone you sure don't want ticked off at you! :p Didn't he get shot about 100 times????? |
