Helloooo everyone! I slept pretty good last night in a recliner.. I was scared if I slept in the bed that I would roll over.. I am a hard core stomach sleeper. I went to my first post-op appointment where they took off my bandages ... and... I have great tits!! LoL They look like a 16 year olds now! Sure they still have stitches and what not, but they look great... and they aren't all heavy anymore! I let my hubby have a look and of course he wasnt too impressed , but I'll give him time.. hes still doing a great job of taking care of me...Right now oxycodone is my best friend. Oh yeah, they ended up not having to put in drainage tube bc the doc said i looked so good .. Yayy because I heard those hurt the worst. I've been in contact with my mother and grandmother alot. They are very pleased that I am doing so well. My mother-in-law is glad that I am doing so well too.. its amazing how so much support can make a difference. Thank you everyone!

i'm so happy to hear your surgery went so well. It makes me want to get mine done even more. enjoy your new boobs!!!!

Glad your doing better. Your going to feel amazing once you start buying clothes you like and they fit the way you want. I got fake boobs So guess we had opposite problems lol. :p

I would definately say if I heal properly that it is soo worth it.. so far lol.. And I think I'll pass on the tassles.. lol I am thinkin maybe coconuts since I am here in Hawaii and all ;)I think they actually sell some that will fit my new ones.. I am now an official member of the IBTC.. Itty Bitty Titty Comitee! :p

Coconuts would give better support than tassles. lol Good to know you are doing well. :p

I bet a C-cup seems itty bitty coming from a bigger size but it's hardly itty bitty. (Although I don't ever remember being that small...LOL). If you can cover them with band-aids then you have itty bitty's. I would love to be able to run without worrying about the two black eyes afterwards.:p

I pooped!!! The doctor said the narcotics would constipate me and boy it sure did, I was starting to become uncomfortable down there.. I was starting to worry. He had given me Colace ( a stool softner ) but I was scared to take it because I don't have very forgiving bowls to begin with. I took one at a time 8 hours apart after not having a BM for almost 5 days... and I finally went today! I am sorry if this is too much info lol but i had to update on something, and this is it lol.

Other than that I am starting to sleep more and more, which sucks when your in a hotel room. Its a low end Army lodging hotel too. I swear to you my room looks like it could be on one of those "Intervention" shows on A&E LoL.. Pill bottles everywhere, random food bags from subway and gas stations ( thanks to my DH ) and blankets strewn across the place. Meth head is what comes to mind when I stand up and look at it :p I just wish I was at home recovering, but the flight would have been wayy to much for me. Plus Marley likes to sleep on my chest and jump on my boobs so I would have bigger problems at home. Oh well, that the update for a while. Next dr. appt is on Monday, I think they are gonna take the bandages off for good, not sure. I'll you you all updated. Thanks again everyone!

Oh yeah , I have a predicament. They told me not to get my bandages wet but i cant wash my hair without getting it wet I dont think. My DH told me he would wash it but i have a feeling he will only wash it half-ass lol and the bathtub has a little bar for handicapped persons so i cant lean over in the front of it. Anyone who can give me ideas would be greatly appreciated. I know i can hold off if needed, but the babywipes and face wash isnt cutting it anymore.

I had a breast lift with implants. I had lost 160 pounds and mine where like tube socks..lol Anyway the reduction and lift uses the same scars. Mine was 1 1/2 ago and I have very little scaring. It has almost completely faded away. I was in almost no pain also..which was very good. When they cut you your breast are numb for a while. I guess that is why mine didn't hurt. I now have all feeling back.

Glad you are feeling better. Can you put a big plastic garbage bag over your head and cover your body.

Ohh thats a good idea.. and my hubby can wash my hair in the bathroom sink?

Hmm I took my bandages off on day 2 and had a full shower.

Let DH help you wash your hair.. even half assed you will feel so much better.

I had a hard time lifting my arms over my head to wash my hair. My DH did it for me for about a week.

Yeah , they took off my bandages that they gave me right after surgery and put new ones on and said to not get them wet and to come in monday for another appt... I have full range of movement with my arms and what not. I took a peek at my nipples and they look pretty gruesome still with the marker ink and stitches and blood .. blech... I don't want to get them wet.. so ill see if I can hold out.. if not, ill use the garbage bag idea from Patti!
