Lorraine!!! You look great. Your 60 pounds is an equal accomplishment because of your age and gender..it's so much harder to lose for us ladies who are 40+..hormones and metabolism...eek! I've been on the same eating plan as my son and have lost about 10 pounds, but I didn't really have that much to lose. My husband has lost 50 pounds since everybody changed the way they eat around our house. Men!!! He is having to add more calories into his diet so he won't lose any more weight..wish I had that problem!!

Here's Ben's daddy..I don't have a before because he is camera shy..I don't have any fat pics of him..hehe

I also stay out of fast food places. I pack a lunch to take with me on days I am working.
LOOK AT YOU ! Congratulations on your loss and OMG the puppies in that picture are just gorgeous ! LOVE all the yorkie decor :) I have a similar blanket for my couch too

Aww good for him, and you. He looks wonderful. Thats not an easy thing to diet. He looks so much happier too.

Wow, way to go!!! I lost about 30 pounds last summer and am working on another 40. :)
