|  I did it...I'm going to be a Critical Care Nurse!!!! So...yesterday I went back to the hospital to pick up my acceptance letter for my position as a critical care nurse.  I have been waiting months and they assured me I had the position but I was still doubting it...well it is official now. I met with the CC educator and picked up my info. I'll be taking my EKG class this next month and then will start my orientation at the hospital in September. I am so nervous but excited.

| Congratulations! What a very stressful but rewarding job assignment! I think they put the best people in critical care. I have run into some awesome CC nurses who were willing to go the extra to provide not only professional care but also a friendly presence that can mean a lot when you are worried sick over a loved one. May God bless you as you begin such meaningful duties!

|  Congratulations to you Kim. I know how hard you must have worked to get to where you are. Good nurses are so needed all over today. Best of luck to you in the years to come. My granddaughter has been accepted into the Cocoran School of Nursing and has to take her entrance exam 7/31. She is so excited. I am also for her. I'm proud of you  |

| Thank you. It has been so very hard... given the state of the economy. The hospitals are looking for experianced nurses so new grads were getting the short end of the stick... But I continued to call and talked to people I know at the hospital and it all worked out. Thank you to everyone. These next few years are going to be tough but with the support I have I know I'll become the nurse I have always dreamed about.
