I think my second fave are rottweilers. They are soo loving and very loyal. I used to have one and she was my best friend, unfortunately my parents had given her away because she attacked my dad :((but he was never nice to her at all). Miss her a lot shes gotta be about 10 years old now. :)

Mier this is for you. This breeder is close to me and breeds both Rotti and Yorkies..

They are sooo cute! :D Its hard to tell the difference between yorkie puppies and rotti puppies I find, they look so alike!

We would probably get another Miniature Schnauzer if we had to choose another breed. We had a sweet little girl that was awesome before we got our Yorkies. She was so obedient and easy to train. She was a wonderful dog that lived for 16 years. We miss her and still laugh and cherish all the great times we had with her.
....... but right now I would consider a THIRD Yorkie! ;)

:rolleyes: awww... this is a tough one theres so many other breeds that I would want but first choice for sure are YORKIES! if i was able to get a big dog it would be an Afghan Hound...:p or a doberment... but im in love with lots of hair on dogs.. so perhaps 100% i would go for the Afghan Hound...:animal-pa

I think french bulldogs are really beautiful dogs. That'll probably be my next dog. :)

My other favorite is Golden Retriever. We have had two and they are the most gentle loving dog and great with kids!

I too LOVE the American cocker Spaniel. I raised and bred them for over 20 years...and I will soon add another to my yorkie and Biewer family. They are wonderful little dogs with one of the prettiest faces in all of dogdom. : )

Another sheltie would suit me just fine....Cassie (R.I.P.) was a wonderful dog. Smart, easily trained, very loving and the best dog I've ever had.

I love all of the following breeds equally: Yorkie, Shih Tzu, Maltese, Toy Poodle, Pomeranian, and Cocker Spaniel. I will always own one of these breeds.

i care more about personalities though. i think the maltese are very loving, and i've also heard that shih tzus are very laid back and loving. so this is actually a really hard decision!!!!

i LOVE DOGS! but i think generally i like the smaller ones. like toy breeds.

but i don't know about chihuahuas? they seem kind of scared or hyper all the time? am i wrong?(of course there are always exceptions)
OMG! Thats what I was gonna say!! Lol I love Goldens as I use to breed them years ago.....They are by far my fav BIG dog, my 2nd fav lil dog is Maltese. They both have such loyal and loveable personalities but are also so different not only size but quirks.
