Must read! Danger! Cake recipe!!! 3 Attachment(s) 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) A small splash of vanilla extract 1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe) Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT ! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous). And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night! Attachment 283522 Attachment 283523 Attachment 283524 |

Going to try this. |
Oh if I hadn't of been so hungry and if the smell wasn't so darn great I might of got a picture before I eat it and teased you all but next time I will, have just rummaged through cupboard and got out my glass ramkins so going to try it in them, by my reckoning if I split recipe in 2 it will be right size just worried with cooking time might split that in half as well |

I have made this several times and it is good. In fact we just had it last night. I share with my husband. I always add a dash of salt, just did not seem right to not add a bit of salt. Also, you must eat it hot, it gets very rubbery if left to cool. |
from what I found here are US tablespoons to UK ounces 4 tbl = 2.0816854723 3 tbl = 1.5612641042 2 tbl = 1.0408427361 Hope that helps. Here is the link if you ever need to use it. Cooking Conversions - Teaspoon, Tablespoon, Cup, Oz |
